Only negative: the wifi was super slow - in the evening hours not working at all, which was a crucial aspect for us choosing an accommodation.

You can only pay in cash, which we knew, but if you pay in the local currency they don’t have change. They only had change in Euros which is funny cause that isn’t their currency and you can’t get them from an ATM.

The place was excellent. We parked onsite and the receptionist came out to greet us. She was nice as can be, gave us tips and sent us on our way to see Mostar. The room was good, AirCon worked well, everything was clean.

The location is great - close to the old bridge and old town. The accomodation was quite new, modern, clean. Breakfast was delicious-many different things to choose (coffee, salami, different cheese, cucumbers, tomatos, sweets, cereal..). The owner was nice. Parking at the place.

The room was cosy and comfortable. The terrace was lovely with an amazing view. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a month of travelling the Balkans, lovely additions like home made cake. The staff were so welcoming and friendly - they are the best asset. Thank you Sabina and colleagues.

There is a lot of light that comes in the room, not a deal breaker but something to note.

The location and kind helpful staff was amazing! The breakfast had lots of options and included homemade Bosnian coffee a perfect way to start the day. Helpful recommendations to local places and things to do around and in Mostar. Great secure parking space.

We had a super pleasant stay at Villa Anri! It was very easily accessible by car and we had an beautiful room with a view of the old town and the bridge! The breakfast was delicous with Bosnian coffee! The owners or employees were friendly and gave us a great tip where to buy our own Bosnian coffee set! :) The hotel also had a cozy traditional interior.

The property has a sweet-warm stay in the middle of Mostar town. The staff is so welcoming and thoughtful. They prepared us sandwiches as we left for our early morning flight.

the aircon of neighbouring hotel made lot of noise (depending yr room you'll hear it) wifi third floor slow and wobbly, I used alternately wifi of hotel and the neighbours

Shower. Easy breakfast.

Breakfast were quite normal but tasty and fulfilling what you need. View from room was very nice. Personell was very polite and helpful. Shower was bit older but working as expected.

It was brilliant, staff were great, attentive and knowledgeable about the local area. Nothing was too much and they were happy to help with any request. View of the bridge was perfect . The staff was incredible. Ariana was so friendly and helpful, answered all our questions about the history of the area, made great recommendations for sites to see and food. She went above and beyond the make our stay perfect. She even packed us a breakfast one morning when we slept passed the breakfast time period. We had our own terrace with the most beautiful view of Mostar and the bridge. There is parking directly outside the hotel. Truly a wonderful time! Thank you Villa anri!

The room lacked sheets and towels for the third guest, wifi was poor, there are no window blinds in the room so it's hard to sleep in the morning, and the area is quite noisy.

From the moment we arrived Helena took great care of us. She checked us in, made us tea and gave us lots of useful advice on what to do and see in mostar. The hotel was beautiful and full of character and we had a stunning view from our balcony over the old bridge.

Excellent location in the city center, the hotel can be easily found and has a private parking place. You can see the bridge directly from the balcony of the room. The room was simply furnished, but cozy and clean. It's OK for one or two nights, probably not for a longer stay. The breakfast menu is rather simple but you won't stay hungry. Very smooth check in/out - staff was professional and friendly.
