How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The outdoor pool doesn’t work, it is not in the same property actually A bit noisy with open window since the hotel is on the main road and heavy traffic.

The shower was not great as the head was loose, kept falling down.
location was nice, 5 mins walk from the bridge and restaurants. Emaad and Rukya were really nice and helpful.

I wouldn’t say that it was a 4-star hotel. It was lacking many facilities. Also the first day the water in the swimming pool was very cold.

Swimming pool was out of order on our first day and was very cold on the second day.
Good location, not far from the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful and they gave us a discount due to the swimming pool being out of order and a fridge magnet as a parting gift!

It's located next to the main entrance to Mostar, so there is a lot of traffic even at night hours and could be annoying if you have a shallow sleep. If you close the windows the noise is reduced but even that is still a bit annoying.
Affordable walking distance to the old city center, around 10 minutes to the old Mostar bridge. They have private parking and a common space where you can eat your own snacks. They have two small swimming pools one outdoor one indoor where you can take a bath after a warm day. The staff are friendly and try to help you. It is clean

No lift, so I had to stay in a tripple room on the ground floor instead of booking one of the apartments on the first floor.
A good place to spend a couple of days while exploring Mostar and the surrounding areas.

The room didn't had a refrigerator but it isn't that big of an issue (just nice to be able to keep water and drinks cold when it's 38° degrees outside).
Nice and clean hotel room, good air conditioning. The location is rather good as well and the stay was definitely price worthy. Super nice and helpful owner/staff also! :)

There could be more dishes in the appartment, but probably hardly ever people cook. The internet was bad, slow. If you need to work, it is better to go into dinning room.
It was easy to find and with parking and swimming pool that was always empty. The facitilities are clean, the employees nice. The breakfast is ok, but room for improvement.

As a family having to walk 4 stairs up was challenging.

First and foremost the staff. My room was booked for second floor but when I told them I have knee problems, they changed my room to ground floor. After the first night I had very bad mosquito bites which I think was from the room, and they again changed my room which solved the problem. The staff was super helpful with recommendations too. The room was spotless clean, aircon worked perfectly and location was perfect

We booked the room with breakfast but there was no breakfast - was told in the morning that because they didn't ask us and we didn't ask them, then no breakfast was provided - WTF? Also, outdoor pool looked like it hasn't been working/filled for quite some time. There is an indoor pool and sauna - however, it appeared that when I turned the sauna on and increased the temperature of the sauna it would trip the electrics of the whole hotel.........there is A LOT of competition of hotels in the area.
Hotel room was a decent size and right next to reception which i liked due to the bags I had to carry to my room. AirCon was great as it was HOT outside. Room was clean and beds were large and comfortable. Hosts were fantastic on greeting us.

The bed could have been better but still comfortable enough to have a good sleep.
The parking was nice and the staff friendly. The location was close to some grocery stores and it only took 10 min to walk to the bridge.

There is no lift on hotel. And we stay roof floor.
