I stayed at Hotel Spa Meydan for 3 nights during my stay in Mostar and I cant say enough good things about this hotel. Convenient location just off the main strip, everything is within a few minutes of walking distance. The staff are friendly and are great people. They were very helpful in organising activities and provided great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing time Eren

Expensive and we found it very difficult to find, despite the hotel sending udon detailed explanation. There was also a note that no alcohol was allowed in the hotel, even in your room. This was not clear to us at booking time

The hotel is of a great standard, especially the treatment of the reception staff, especially Miss/Mrs. Savela and Nair. The location is close to the tourist street leading to the bridge.

The signpost indicating the route to the hotel could be better. You have to drive through a pedestrian zone to get to the parking of the hotel. It is confusing and not very good indicated by either TomTom or googlemapsThe hotel sent a routedescription by mail, which was a bit helpfull

- The start time of breakfast was late and the breakfast room was small, so it was very crowded and hard to get food or drink when many guests were showing up at the same time. The staff there had a hard time keeping up with the demand. The variety of foods was smaller too. - Room was large but very basic, and bathroom was small.

Getting to it was a bit tricky. The hotel does send put a map and instructions under messages on Booking.com.

We were greeted by Sanela with a huge smile and welcome. She provided us with lots of helpful information of where to eat etc. You could tell she had a vested interest in the hotel as well as Mostar. She was fun to interact with whenever we saw her. All the staff were very kind and cheerful. The location couldn’t be much better. Easy walk three minute walk to Old Town. Rooms were very clean. Great parking right in front of the hotel.

Everything was perfect. Hosts were friendly, breakfast was really up to my liking, spa and pool were great, beds comfortable, room was clean. Location is perfect. I like that it's close to everything, but at a quiet place.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great location 3min from the Old Bridge,, decent bedroom despite little light, clean and spacious bathroom. The definitive plus being the location and the spa area with swimming pool and small sauna.

Excellent location and, even if located in the old town, it was possible to park in front of the hotel. It was great to relax in the sauna and the pool after a long day. The receptionist was very friendly and service-minded.

1. The hotel manager, Sanela, is very enthusiastic and willing to assist guests with any issues. 2. The location is a bit hard to find, but it’s right next to the pedestrian street, making it easy to take photos of the old bridge early in the morning. 3. Considering the size of the hotel, the breakfast is quite generous. 4. The rooms are very clean.

We received a warm welcome on arrival. There was car parking available which was a bonus. The hotel location is perfect, very central and within minutes you are in a the centre of Mostar. An added bonus was the pool and sauna. A perfect place to stay in Mostar.

Car parking is tight but still a positive.

Hotel is very welcoming and in the heart of the town. Great staff with amazing facilities. Rooms are spacious and clean. To top it up the spa is lovely. Great location to see the rest of Bosnia.
