We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and perfectly positioned right in front of the lake, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and the possibility to spend time on the lake itself. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Aisha, was incredibly welcoming and kind and always available for anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Amazing place and it was a gem during our whole holiday very few places you feel like a real comfy home. the kindness of the host and being well informative well prior to arrival and with information if needed on many things. the kids enjoyed it so much they want to come back again. the host went out their way to ensure our needs are met even by leaving us with our local coffee should we wanted to make a brew like back home! the use of the lake was the icing on the cake. the facilities are more than what a holiday maker would require!

My recent stay at the Villa Pliva Lake Jajce was nothing short of idyllic. Nestled beside a shimmering lake, the villa offered breathtaking views that instantly melted away stress. It was evident that the owner takes great pride in maintaining the property, and it truly felt like a home away from home. What truly impressed me, however, was the owner's genuine kindness and attentiveness. From the initial booking process to ensuring a smooth checkout, Mrs. Aisha and her family were incredibly responsive and helpful. A minor issue arose with the internet connection during my stay, Mrs. Aisha went above and beyond to address it promptly. her quick action and friendly demeanor throughout the situation were exemplary. The highlight of the villa, undoubtedly, was the picturesque lake view. Sunrises were a breathtaking spectacle. Evenings offered a tranquil atmosphere. Whether enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony or simply relaxing by the window, the view was a constant source of serenity. Overall, my stay Villa Pliva Lake Jajce was an unforgettable experience. The combination of a sparkling clean villa, a stunning lakeside location, and the owner's exceptional hospitality makes this a perfect getaway for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. We absolutely loved everything!!! A beautiful, big and comfortable space that was super clean and had everything we needed. An amazing outlook over the lake - so peaceful and serene. Most of all that we loved was our host - Asia - she was extremely welcoming and genuinely interested in us and helpful in ensuring we had a wonderful stay.

Lovely appartment with all the comfort you need. Well equiped. The lake view is marvellous. They even have their own ponton for relaxing at the lake.

There are some notes (although they did not affect the beauty of the residence and the place) , which were not clear to me when booking the apartment, and they must be listed: The road to the apartment from the main street is short but unpaved. There is no grocery store on site. The apartment consists of two floors, and the climb to the second floor is somewhat difficult for the elderly. It consists of two rooms with only one bathroom, while the second bathroom is located in the downstairs and does not have a shower. The small room does not have a mirror, tall wardrobe and air conditioning.

The place is amazing and beautiful and the weather in September is nice and cool. The location of the apartment is charming, directly in front of the lake, and the apartment is elegant and clean, and its kitchen has all the needs. We thank Aisha for her cooperation and interest.

The host (Aisha) was so great at communicating and met us directly at the property to provide the keys and show us around, both Aisha and her family could not be more welcoming. The location was beautiful, right on the lake which. The property is new and very clean with great amenities. They had a kayak and Paddleboard which we used and even rowed over the lake for dinner. Thank you so much Aisha, we would love to come back.

If I had to say something bad about this property, it is almost at gun point, but I would say that the backroad around the lake to the property is a little tight and has a couple of pot holes. This wouldn't stop me from going to this property, it is a great stay.

This property is brand new and it was built by frequent travelers. The owners understand what you are looking for in an Airbnb and it is obvious from the moment you arrive. They are very scrupulous and delightful people, making this a must stay around this beautiful lake.

Fantastic stay in excellent, high quality accommodation. Clean and well equipped with a large space. The view of the lake across from the place was wonderful and relaxing. Excellent location for visiting beautiful Jajce. Dealing with Mrs. Aisha was very easy and she did a lot for us to facilitate our stay. I will recommend staying at this place. We hope to return someday. My regards to her and her husband Mr. Asim.
