The reception smelled a bit of tobacco every now and then (my room was fresh though!)

The hotel was located 1 min walk from the old bazar area. My room was in third floor and there was a little balcony with a mountain and roof views. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. I liked it so much that I just wanted to stay there at evenings and eat my dinner in the balcony rather than in restaurants. 😊 Service was also very friendly. I could definitely stay again.

We arrived with a car, there wasn’t parking. Also the public parking was full. We have checked twice when we arrive and twice lately at the night also was full. So we parked near the door of the hotel, but the manager text us to move the car because the neighborhood will call the police. Then we have met spontaneous one the neighborhoods and asked him to parked there just for this night because all the public parking was full.

The room was so clean and big. Also the bathroom was so clean and comfortable. The girl on the reception “Eman” so friendly and kind. We enjoy.

Carpet was very marked, needed a good clean and shampoo. A transfer was arranged with the hotel to pick us up at the train station but they never arrived. Our train was late, and apparently the driver had another job and left! Maybe should have sent a replacement driver. Stress we didn't need.

While the staff responds quickly to WhatsApp and are friendly in person, they leave at 3pm. While not an issue for us, if you’re looking for a full service front desk this isn’t the place for you.

The location is fantastic. You can’t get much closer to the old town center. The hotel is clean and comfortable. A/C works great.

The AC unit in my room didn't work very well, seems to be a problem I had in all the hotels on this trip for some reason. Windows opened so at night it wasn't too bad.

No breakfast. There are plenty of breakfast/brunch places in walking distance but during one morning it was raining heavily and it would have been nice to have breakfast in the hotel. The shower was very slippery and I was a bit worried to fall over. There was hardly anyone at the reception! During my 4-day-stay, I only saw someone there twice. Found that very odd.

had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although the reception isn’t always staffed, you can easily reach them via WhatsApp and they respond quickly. The room was spacious and equipped with all the basic amenities. The water pressure was strong, and the in-room heater worked perfectly, making the stay comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the Old Town and several nearby attractions. They also offer convenient airport transfer services both to and from the hotel, which was a great plus. highly recommended to stay. Please note on the small Elevator

It wasn't until the last few days when we realised others had a 'do not disturb / make up our room' door hanger. Therefore, we had to ask for more toilet rolls and the bin was not emptied for 5 nights. We didn't care about clean towels or making the bed. We're capable of doing that ourselves.

We had an excellent welcome on landing, with a message to say that our room was already ready and we could arrive straight away. The room was so big and the bed extremely comfortable, and the fridge made it easy to have some breakfast in the morning in the room. The mini-market across the road also made that easy - get a burek! It is also close to everything to visit in the Old Town.

The staff was friendly and efficient and girl was in the reception very polite and thanks for her help for every body, the location was perfect and near to old city and city center and perfect for tourist tour ( few mins walk to old city and city center ). The room very spacious , clean, and very good shower.
