Some guests tend to become disrespectful by making noise when departing in the small hours of day. As a behavior -which of course is not representative of or restricted to this particular hostel- it becomes extremely annoying to other guests who simply want to rest. To my mind, if you're not willing to respect the people you happen to coexist with, just book a single room somewhere else.

As central as you can get, almost opposite to the Town Hall and within walking distance from the Old City of Sarajevo, Waterfall is an extremely good-value-for-money hostel housed on the ground floor of an elegant building. It has just two spacious, brightly lit, high ceiling 6-bed dorms overlooking the street, a large -and very functional- kitchen and a sort of a balcony where one may smoke and/or socialise. Rooms, toilets and bathroom are kept clean and tidy. The staff is present on an almost 24/7 basis, ready to assist in any way.

very close to city center and all tourist sites. staff is friendly and helpful. very good value for the location if you need a quick place to sleep, shower, and prep meals while traveling.

Only one shower and one toilet, not suitable enough when there are over 20 people staying there. Also, the toilet/shower has to be maintained with proper cleaning items (soap etc...). The place needs to be well looked after, needs regular cleaning, making sure everything is in the right place. Additionally, on a few occasions the place was overbooked and people's beds were taken which was unacceptable. Management needs to be better organised.

The staff are friendly especially, the owner and the beds were comfortable. The wifi worked fine and the hostel was in a prime location. The kitchen had a lot of equipment and has a garden at the back to relax and chill in. The place felt safe and was clean to a decent standard.

Bathrooms were not very clean, and anybody could have wandered in off the street into the hostel, but reasonably priced and good value for money.

Property was very and in a perfect location. The beds were comfy enough.

Just one shower and two toilets for all that people is simply not enough, so it's hard to keep it clean. Also, not many areas to hang out outside of your room. It's rather small.

The location is great and the price was good. The guy working at reception was also very kind. They had lockers, which was also good.

Kitchen had nothing, Found no bowls or cutlery and guests didn't leave it clean. Only one shower and two toilets for everyone to share. Was not a problem as not busy, but could be an annoying wait.

Great Locatuon across from the old town, near the cable car, very walkable. Staff not airways on location but easily contactable and hero friendly. Great sending photos so very recognisable on arrival. (I get lost often so found the photos very helpful.) Good communication.

A small bedside lamp and a wastebasket in the room would be useful.

Good location, friendly staff. The private rooms are a little bit too big, so, in the winter it is too cold. Big kitchen. Warm water in the bathroom. There are a lot of things to do around this place. And a nice connection by bus to the airport.

However, I didn’t find it so clean. Also in my private room, there was no wardrobe. Finally, since it is a small hostel, it is nt easy to find more friends -if you are interested.

Soundproofing was not very good. Bathroom could be cleaned more. Heating was not very good. I got cold during the night. It would be great if there were hotel slippers.
