There was no AC, which might be difficult for some in the summer and the shower also had no door or curtain so water would get all over the bathroom floor.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was quite small but comfortable and in a great location close to cafes shops and grocery stores.

I had to withdraw cash to pay. The room windows face the street and that doesn't provide much privacy... I had to hang a blanket on the windows. There was also a problem with the toilet, it took a little too long to be taken care of, but unfortunately there was also a shortage of water in the city at the same time, so I think maybe the staff did what they could.

Perfect location in the heart of the old city. Friendly and responsive staff.

Unfortunately I can't give 10 stars only because we couldn't pay with the card, so we had to withdraw some cash and pay the commission...

The hotel is small and cozy, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the position is perfect if you want to enjoy Sarajevo for a few days, it's exactly at the historic city centre of the town. The staff is very friendly, available for any request or question and German is very friendly and funny.

However, the drawback is the noise. There is an irish pub in front of the hotel, so it's hard to sleep easily at night especially the ground floor, maybe the ones in 1st floor are a bit better.

The location is the selling point for this hotel, it's 3m from the old town where is the madrassa and many other attractions. the room is comfortable, a bit small but for 1 person it fits perfectly fine (same for two people), I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage at the hotel in the morning which I appreciated so much.

seems harsh to list things, but im always honest in my reviews... * i emailed the property before visiting and organised an early check in... i had an email confirming this was ok but when we arrived at the agreed time, the property wasnt open, the telephone number didnt work and thankfully the owner of the pub opposite called the owner and when she arrived a while later we were asked to wait in the pub for an hour * the property has no signage and had to ask people where it was * the shower only had one of the two sliding doors, meaning the bathroom got very wet when using the shower * the water drained very slowly in the shower so to prevent flooding we turned it off every few seconds to allow to drain * a couple of the walls in the room had been painted with some strange paint that rubs off on anything that comes in contact with it... all this said (room 8 by the way), i would stay again for the location and price!!!

Guest house without signage, you have to ask people around. Room 6 - Bathroom door handle and glass shower almost ripped off. Bedsheet with few holes.

Location - very near to basarcija. Room on ground floor without window but there is roof window that circulate the air and brighten the room.

No air con in my room. There was a skylight window which did let in a breeze but then it was quite noisy from the street.

Great location and very reasonable price. Bed was very comfy and the rooms are decorated really nicely.

The only minor thing to consider for me regarding the room 7 was the bathroom 🚽! It won’t stay open as you would use it!

I loved the location and the staff is very friendly. Just keep in mind that they do accept cash only. I also loved the smell of the guest house!

The location is amazing, just two minute walk from pigeon square. The staff were really accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

You can’t beat this place location-wise. It’s within a stones throw of Bascarsija (the old Ottoman quarter that houses all the charming restaurants, cafes and shops). The property was clean and the owner was helpful. I’d definitely recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic location, everything I wanted to see was walkable or easy to get to from the nearby tram stop. The guesthouse was a nice building and everything worked.

I did feel the room needed updating. Our shower was very small. The basin leaked. These are minor issues me and my mate had a fantastic time in Bosnia.

Location is very near to bars shops restaurants. There is also a lovely pub a stones throw from the accommodation. The staff that we met were very nice. Also when you message a response is received in a timely manner.
