I didn't like that the wifi didn't work the entire trip. We told the staff and they said they had no other complaints and so they sent the "tech guy" who did nothing but unplug and re plug the modem which didn't solve the issue. I didn't like that the gym is LOCKED. I also didn't like that breakfast starts at 8am which is LATE

I liked the pool. It is large. I like that parking is free.

The location of our room, we asked to be moved but the staff would not accommodate our request . I understand they were fully booked however there were changeovers every day so they could have moved us especially considering we were there for over 2 weeks . The bin in the kitchen was impossible to get out and empty plates etc into it. Only used the pool one day , there were nice sunbeds but they were chained up so could only slide them left or right slightly. The cooker rings were bent so could only use a couple of them, we had to ask for a sharp knife to cut things ( veg etc) as none in room. No condiments supplied. Lumpy bed on one side only ( it was a zipped double and was as if one side was much older than the other ) overall we were disappointed and would not stay there again

The restaurant within the property was really good, location in resort was ok however we had the worst room in the complex . Lots of friendly cats , air con I. Bedroom good and good shower

The garden sunbeds are uncomfortable and could do with updating. It would be nicer to have air-conditioning in the living room too.

A more choice of eateries, only evening offering is Indian food . Very nice but not for every day. Breakfast offered but limited options. A better quality oven would be a great idea

I wanted a quiet part of the hotel and I was staying at a crossroads. They replaced my broken phone in 3 days. There was no food available in the hotel during the day, only an Indian restaurant in the evening.

The only comment I would say is that the mattresses could do with upgrading. It wasn't the most comfortable of sleeps. Perhaps it's because we're spoilled back home with a great mattress but we could feel the whole spring unit underneath and was very firm. But it didn't take anything away from our experience, we still really enjoyed our stay at All Seasons. It's just a personal preference on mattress comfort.

We stayed in Room 7, the room was clean and perfect for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped. We had an issue with our fridge as it wasn't working, from reporting this issue to having it sorted it was just a matter of hours. The maintenance person was in touch and kept us updated throughout. Very efficient. We also happen to have had a perfect view every morning of the wild monkeys going past, between 8am-9am, what a treat! It was great! Staff were very friendly and super helpful. The pool area is really good!

The beds were ok, and the bathroom/shower was great. The restaurant was good. We arrived on Christmas day after traveling most of the day. By the time we arrived and checked in, the restaurant had stopped serving their Christmas buffet lunch/dinner. All other places were closed because of Christmas Day, and we were very hungry. However, the chef was accommodating and made us some burgers and fries.

The pool area really needs updating. It's tired and let's the apartments down. Curtains and beds need replacing and pool needs a deep clean. Would have been disappointing if this was only pool option available. Having access to The Beach Club saved it.

It was amazing to revisit where we got married 25 years ago and we received a complimentary upgrade to pool side which was amazing. The location is great and the access to The Beach Club was perfect. On site Asian restaurant was tasty and also dis take away if you fancied a night in your apartment. Air con in bedroom is game changing. Staff were all lovely and also let us store luggage when a late checkout wasn't an option.

Very nice individual sitting rooms with kitchen and bedroom and bathroom - like small bungalows all on ground level surrounding pool and lawns. Kitchen cooker was very old (1970’s !) or earlier - and if I had to make use of it it would be a problem as needs updating

Dated building. Bar lacked atmosphere. Pool area looked a bit battered. Broken curtains. No umbrellas for the grass beds.

Minor criticisms only, but the kitchen equipment was somewhat limited though we got by. E.g. no sieve or colander, no grater, no mixing/salad bowl, no sharp knife, though they did manage to dig these out for us.

Friendly & helpful staff, spacious rooms with living area, generous bedroom & modest kitchenette. Ten mins walk to beach club where we enjoyed free access to facilities.
