United KingdomThe hotel needs some love as it is tired in places. A few extra times for the shuttle bus would be good but the service was greatly appreciated.
Staff including those driving the shuttle and front desk ( to book a trip for us!) went above and beyond. Whilst it is a small hotel they moved dinner regularly to change things up and had free trips to go on. Lovely peaceful hotel away from the centre. Wake up early and see the monkeys going back to the gully!

Lovely hotel. The furnishings are traditional old plantation house style. It’s set in a fantastic peaceful location, with beautiful tropical gardens. The staff were so smiley and friendly that it was a pleasure to speak to them. We enjoyed the food and it came with a great range of options. We shall be back 🥰

Lovely accommodation in a one bed apartment with garden views and pool. Very, very quiet hillside location with trees and landscaping.there is a shuttle into town during the day, but nighttime it's a taxi. The breakfast was nice. Very welcoming and helpful reception.

United KingdomVisitors should be aware that the Sugar Cane Club is inland. Free shuttle busses are laid on but it is not like a beach front resort. It can get very hot by the pool.
Beautiful grounds and an attractive pool. Our suite was very comfortable. It is worth having an all inclusive tariff as the drinks and meals are very good indeed starting from the welcoming rum punch. There is very much a club atmosphere and many people come back again and again.Facilities are good.

Trinidad and TobagoRoom could have been more elegantly done and at times staff appeared to be impatient. There was only one night activity during our stay and the resort was far away from most of the attractions in Barbados
Overall the stay was very pleasant. Most of the times staff were kind. We definitely loved the food servings and the amenities at the resort provided for a relaxing stay.

Trinidad and TobagoBreakfast service was a little limited in terms of options considering the price. You can go out to the nearby town and get a huge Bajan breakfast for 1/4 the cost.
Quiet and secluded area, sizeable facility nestled within the lush greenery of Barbados. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of it all, this is a great spot. The ambiance and decor of the area is perfectly tropical. Rooms were comfortable and fully equipped. Went there in the travel off season so the hotel was near empty but all services were still available.

United KingdomSome staff came across as very surly with no interest in their job (but see above) - also made mistakes with orders. Our room at the bottom of the site overlocked the forest, was dark and we were worried about the insects (many bites), so we did not use the balcony. Rooms up the hill looked much better Dinners were disappointing...
First time at an all inclusive resort, nice site overall. Checked in a little early with drinks provided, lunch on departure day included. Some staff were very friendly and cheerful. Breakfasts and lunches were good, in a nice setting. It was great to have bananaquit birds flying around, one even shared my orange juice.
