United StatesBeds are hard. The food leaves a lot to the imagination. Breakfast buffet has few options and is the exact same every day. Lunch & supper few options & everything is so dry. We absolutely LOVED this place but the food was the biggest fault. I survived the week on the desserts
Really spacious rooms. Super clean. Quiet and calm environment. Big pool. Plenty of chairs and shade. Lovely beach access. The drinks are AMAZING!! Heavy poured & delicious!! No water down all inclusive here!

United KingdomNot necessarily the properties fault. However, the total price advertised was inclusive of the resort tax. I checked this with the property beforehand, to which they confirmed it was. Low and behold when checking out, it wasn't, and we had to cover the charges. Someone needs to sort out what's advertised on this site as it's very misleading.
Good drinks, the resort was compact and personal, which was something we were looking for. The room was clean and serviced daily and the location was good.

United KingdomI stayed at Sugar Bay previously which was much nicer in comparison. Hotel and communal spaces were quite tired, clientele seemed much older and didn’t find food very appealing so ended up eating out a lot.
Good location and while no direct access to beach or sea, the Sandy Lane beach is right next door. About 10-15 mins from some great restaurants too, The Tides and Paul Owen’s at the Beach House and nice shopping area in Holetown.

CanadaWe were in a loft bedroom. Although there was some charm to it…the view right on the ocean was stunning ….the bathroom was awful. No where to plug in hair irons curling irons etc. the hair blower provided is one of those ancient things attached to the walls that looks like a vacuum and does nothing to dry one’s hair- useless. Please get rid of those and supply proper hair blowers…a basic feature for any hotel. The bathroom (at least in loft room) really really needs upgrading. That is our only complaint about this charming resort.
The food was good. Much better than most buffets. A la carte too. Always fresh and healthy items available if you want them. The roast meats were good. Nothing was overcooked and dried out. Lovely grounds and not too big. Cozy atmosphere. Beautiful lounging area along the seaside for sunbathing and watching the stunning sunsets while having a drink. Great lounging around the pool area too. Very adequate and charming place. Staff are lovley.

United StatesYou cannot use the beach that is in front of the facility, too rocky. The food was hit or miss, some days it was fantastic, other days it was cold and not so great. We spent too much of our time getting things repaired in our room.
Very clean, pools were great. The staff was some of the best people we have encountered while visiting the Caribbean.

I asked for bottled water in room three times but didn’t get one bottle. Very poor! Very over priced for what you get!!

United KingdomThe only disappointment was the food which was hit and miss, sometimes good and at other times bland and on one occasion very overcooked - a missed opportunity for the Club as everything else was so good.
The staff were generally very good and cheerful. We had an Ocean Suite right by the sea and it was such a great location , literally 4m from the sea!

United KingdomAll a little tired. Needs work, stairs to room, beech bar was good but not big enough. For the money we paid, needs to be a lot better food choices and restaurants. Only 2 and the speciality restaurant Enid’s felt damp and dingy, and basically served same food as main restaurant.
Location was good. Pools excellent and plenty of sun beds/umbrellas and cabanas. Room was lovely, we had a loft ocean view, spectacular sunsets.
