United StatesI didn't like that nothing was complimentary. The suite didn't even have complimentary water. I felt it was pitiful that as expensive as the suite was, they didn't even give us water. Everything was over prices the prices are so high that they make sure soend lots of money, breakfast for 4 200 dollar, the with toast scramble eggs and sausage. Not even fancy food food that you cook every day at home. Charge 18 dollars just to walk the terrible tasting food to your room. Loved the Italian restaurant found it the night before we left. I ordered a cobb salad and ask for a trail bag of chips it was not complimentary. I had to pay 3.50 dollars. 1ply toliet paper nice look resort but they are cheap with their customers, to front desk they are poliet but believe me you're nothing special. I'll never stay at another Crane Resort.

My room was amazing we used every part from the tub to the outside pool. It was great to host and allow others to experience a fraction of the Crane experience. The sea view was incredible such a joy to wake up to hearing waves crashing and the sun beating down.

United KingdomWe keep trying to like the south coast of Barbados and The Crane is a lovely resort but it's in the wrong location for us. The beach is lovely and well kept. In fact everywhere is well kept but the sea is not the same sea as the platinum coast. Not turquoise. Not calm. It's the Atlantic and the churn of it brings a lot of seaweed. And though they were trying really hard with a digger to till the sand and remove the seaweed they couldn't clear it quick enough. And for the same money, even though this was a hotel with a kitchenette and plenty of facilities in house, we felt we'f prefer to spend the same money on an apartment on the west coast and walk to the nice restaurants along front instead.
Lovely smart resort. Well maintained. Nice clientele. Convenient for the airport.

United StatesThe Oistens Fish Market was disappointing. I would not recommend it unless you just want someplace to go drink outside of the resort. It was very loud and not a good place for families. Everything is a drive to get to from the Crane, so plan for additional taxi services if you want to do anything other than the beach. There were no reservations available at any of the on resort restaurants our first day so we ended waiting for oven an hour to get a table to eat dinner and then at least another hour for our food. I also received emails claiming to be from the resort that included reservation and personal details in an attempt to get credit card info which could have only been obtained from access to booking.com or through the Crane Resort so be careful when you book if you receive emails from either location claiming to need additional credit card info.
The staff were very quick to respond to the issues with the air conditioning and the room safe. They had portable A/C units to use until the main system was repaired. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and professional, and the front desk and concierge staff were very quick to help address any issue.

CanadaOverall food at the resort was expensive, for example a $9 US iced coffee at the cafe. I found the live music each night outside Bar 1887 a bit too loud to allow for conversation. It would have been nice if the room TVs allowed for streaming Netflix etc.
We prepared and ate breakfast in our rooms throughout our stay. There are various options available for lunch and dinner on the property. Our room was large and well appointed.

AustraliaCrane resort is lovely, easy with kids. There is parking and we had a hire car which made travel around the island easier. Crane beach is beautiful but wilder than the calmer west coast beaches. We extended our stay due to hurricane beryl - changed from a traditional style to contemporary style room. The contemporary apartments are very well equipped and stylishly decorated.
