Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe air conditioning seem to struggle. It could get hot at night while sleeping. We were there with three other couples and none of the room refrigerators worked. The service of some of the dining/beach service workers was lacking as well. The rooms were overpriced for the level of service received.
The location is fabulous. The accommodations are somewhat dated yet comfortable. They are, however, right on the beach. Ours had a lovely balcony with very good views.

The breakfast was good. Varied in the selection of food. The staff were friendly and they to remember what we liked. The tables were plenty and they tried to seat us by the beach. They also altered the menu somewhat to accommodate people’s preferences.

And, for example, you do not get your desert, waiters just forget about it, but it will be in your bill... Late check out is big problem, even for 30 minutes
