How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All was good, accommodation staff and location. Only thing needs a little improvement is Wi-Fi which is very poor in the rooms.
All the Staff members wherever exceptional and very helpful. Specifically Jafar at the reception, very professional and attentive.

We booked two Double bed's room. Occupancy was 04 person. They provided only 02 pcs of banana, 1 pc apple & 1pc of guava as complementary fruit basket. It was complete joke of it.

Breakfast not so good. Just ordinary. The towel was ripped and impure. There don't have a refrigerator and hot katlee as well.

They could have Bath tubs. And the bathroom were little uncomfortable. WiFi was very poor

There is no window in the room (executive couple room) which could increase the value of money. As it is in city heart, area is not quiet and no scenic beauty is available around. Quality of the toiletries could carry some more value instead of very cheap ones.
Within this budget, the breakfast was excellent. Behavior of the staff was satisfactory. Cleanliness was up to the mark.

The bed sheets had stain, they should have been replaced by new ones.
The location is at the centre of the city. The room was spacious and clean. The guy at the front desk was helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. I stayed just one night.

The door locks are a hassle.
Very spacious rooms & bathrooms. Neat & clean. Well managed. Good service. Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Overall, pleasant stay.

My booking was for five person's, but the room setup wasn't suitable for five. Nothing else.
The rooms are very nice and comfortable, with cleanliness. The staff is responsible too. I requested an early morning check-in, and at that time, it was available, and they provided me with an early morning check-in without any charge. That was too good, and my family liked the breakfast the most. It was really nice. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

I like the most only the room was not soundproof as it has mentioned, also the window cannot be opened if necessary, it was winter, fan or ac was not necessary but a bit of fresh air makes the room much more comfortable

I have stayed there previously in deluxe queen room and i was really satisfied. But this time it wasn’t. Firstly they provided a room so small seems like a single room. As i mentioned them i was previously took the same room they said that was premium room but they provided us that as it was not booked🙂. But this time they are providing us the real deluxe queen room. Though after my conversation they changed the room. Their support, cleanliness, room service, breakfast are really good but if this problem can be mitigated it will be good for travellers.

Bathroom door opening directly across the bed, service people along with their trolleys using the guest lifts and use of loud speakers in the vicinity perhaps for waz mahfil.
The location was excellent in respect of Dorga Ziarat as well as the up-end shopping malls. The breakfast was decent. Could add corn flakes & milk as well as pancakes for children appetite.

Breakfast was same everyday and will benefit from a boost of different items. No Cereal. However did have plenty of local choices. So thanks
The staff was exceptionally helpful. The management team was great. The location was spot on. Food inside was very convenient and price was reasonable, service was great and food was very tasty. The 24hurs food service was also brilliant. The GM Shifon bhai was really helpful. I will certainly recommend this hotel and will return again. Fantastic
