The check in process was a bit confusing. But staff eent out of there way to meet our needs with early check-in and upgrading our room.

Coming from a background where Sylhet is my hometown and the fact that I travel a lot and stay in 4-5 star hotels, I felt a great sense of pride to see the hotel facilities very much in par with international property. It was clean, service was great and rooms were spacious with breath taking views.

Mosquitoes after sunset in the pool area but I suppose it’s outdoors so can’t be helped. Some services were a little bit costly.

Like any other 5* hotel around the world everything you would expect and need, really doing Bangladesh proud. Rooms all clean and spotless, super comfortable beds, service is on point, everything from house cleaning to check in was excellent so was the breakfast a decent range on offer. I forgot the names of individuals to name but thank you to you all!

It was past it's glory days. My room had a view over the airport. Windows typocal bodge job. Friendly switched pm staff let down by managent

It didn't help that the weather was so wet. Honestly this didn't match the peninsula in chattagang. Living on past glories perhaps and the management hadn't kept their eye on the ball lately. But delivered a nice cafe choice and food was as expected.

Location, was too far from the main shopping area nothing close by.

The hotel was and clean, friendly staff, room was nice and clean. As we only spent the night there as we has early flight, we didn’t get the opportunity to use any of the facilities or taste the food selection.

Excellent facilities - very clean, comfortable and well proportioned rooms. Great buffet breakfast with variety. Very attentive staff making every effort to accommodate needs. Good spa. Pool was clean and warm. Very close to airport with free shuttle. 15 minute drive into Sylhet Town but not necessarily a negative as away from the traffic and chaos. Would definitely recommend and a cut above rest of hotels in Sylhet.

Being a 5* I expected more from the hotel in terms of cleanliness i.e carpet looked very dated and tired, Lots of dust around the room and the window did not open to let fresh air in. I felt the bedroom it self was quite small but adequate and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also small the location of the toilet was inadequate as the shower cubicle was right in front of the toilet where you couldn't sit properly without banging your head against the shower cubicle. The sink basin was to far from the tap itself which made water spillage go everywhere. More could have been offered to make it luxurious i.e bathrobes and small little touches around the room Having a kids club would be a good idea and having package excursion to local landmarks to place would be good for tourist where they would feel safe.

Best part about the property was the swimming pool and location. The restaurant was also very good with a good variety and selection. Staff were very attentive and very polite and welcoming. Keep up the good standards with your service.

The swimming pool looked slightly dated. Maybe in busier season will be more appetising to use.

Lovely service. Lots of spa sessions available. Has a few shops. Staff are very helpful. Good buffet breakfast. They have sauna that is paid for and free gym. You can go as day guest. Buffet only on Friday and Saturday and only when they have enough guests, otherwise you just order from menu. Great place to stop off when coming into Sylhet or leaving from airport.

Bath robe policy - which was provided only in Suites. We stayed in Deluxe King Room. Did not understand the logic behind not having it in every room. P.S: we did not really need it, just were surprised by it.

We loved the interior of the room. Bed was comfy. Lots of amenities. Excellent location. Very friendly staff (always smiling). Food was alright, no complaints. Thank you for providing free shuttle service to the airport.

I stayed there twice. My first stay and room was perfect. My second stay room needed some attention on the bathroom. The poolside beds were a little uncomfortable.

Everything. The decor was tastefully done. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bed linen was sparking white. The outdoor pool was just perfect. The pool water was cleanest I have seen so far in all my other holidays.
