In my opinion, the rent could be less. There are other hotels available which offer the same facilities and amenities, but cheaper. This hotel offers different rooms in the same apartment for different guests, so I felt a little uncomfortable regarding privacy. Also, the room we stayed in did not have a balcony, a key feature they mentioned for their rooms. I am not saying this hotel is bad. I just expected a little more for the price I paid.

Clean and comfortable room in Sylhet - within walking distance of the train station and bus terminal. The staff helped to organise a tuktuk driver to Khadimnagar National Park and Ratargul Swamp Forest which worked out well for us as our driver was reliable and honest. We liked that you could order room service and eat at a table inside the apartment. Breakfast was really nice too.

- there could be more light in the room. No lamp really under the ceiling - Power failure from time to time - too many mosquitoes in the room. kept waking me up and I slept badly. An electric fly swatter would have been obligatory here! had to search for 9 mosquitoes in one night alone, which kept me awake again and again - 1 cockroach in the room - The food we ordered in the evening was only mediocre. The only room available with a balcony was right next to the reception. There was no soundproofing so it was a bit noisy inside because of people moving around the reception.

Apartments turned into hotel just like Airbnbs in other countries. Very cost effective and comfortable stay. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Always remain in touch over phone and physically. However, this property is only for staying. One should not expect hotel amenities here.

• No properly working AC in the common area. Working there on the laptop was too hot. • Also no proper lighting in the common room that makes it too dark. • No fan in the room. When electricity goes off the room becomes a sauna. It was suffocating at times both in the room and in the common area. • The necessity to ring the door bell for the reception guy to come out and open our door to the guest rooms on the opposite side of the staircase every time we came from outside. The door password is too difficult to remember. • No fridge ( had to ask the reception guy to put our stuff in their fridge on the other side of the staircase)

The beatiful design of the room is like in a real hotel. The furniture and the bed sheets were excellent. The stuff were nice and friendly.

The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and even helped me book my train ticket to Sreemangal. The location is a bit removed from the city centre but offers a quieter neighborhood.

In every Jatra flagship accommodation, there should be fan. Bangladesh weather is still not accurate for AC. Specially in Sylhet there were frequent load-shedding, and we couldn’t sleep at night.
