The room, the bed, the decorations, the staff.

In my opinion, the rent could be less. There are other hotels available which offer the same facilities and amenities, but cheaper. This hotel offers different rooms in the same apartment for different guests, so I felt a little uncomfortable regarding privacy. Also, the room we stayed in did not have a balcony, a key feature they mentioned for their rooms. I am not saying this hotel is bad. I just expected a little more for the price I paid.

Great place in Sylhet, really enjoyed my stay here. Located in a residential area so nice and quiet. The room definitely had a 5 star feel to it and was very clean. You're about a 30min walk or a very cheap rickshaw ride to the main shopping/city centre. A fresh breakfast is provided at whatever time you choose and the man working there knows how to get to all the places of interest. It is around a 20min journey from the airport and around 15min from the bus/train station. Would easily recommend this place to anyone (foreign or local) visiting Sylhet.

Not sure if this is possible as it is located in a residential building, but maybe an ouside sign could be useful. Especially if arriving late.

All good. Very comfortable bed. Excellent cleaning. White, stain-free sheets. Excellent place to get to know the region. The staff, Momen and Rajon, were always helpful and friendly.

The rooms were big and bed was super comfortable. The 2 staff that were there were very accommodating, polite and nothing was too much.

Breakfast served was good but could have done with more choice.

Clean and comfortable room in Sylhet - within walking distance of the train station and bus terminal. The staff helped to organise a tuktuk driver to Khadimnagar National Park and Ratargul Swamp Forest which worked out well for us as our driver was reliable and honest. We liked that you could order room service and eat at a table inside the apartment. Breakfast was really nice too.

The rooms could use a repaint as the paintwork was flaking.

- there could be more light in the room. No lamp really under the ceiling - Power failure from time to time - too many mosquitoes in the room. kept waking me up and I slept badly. An electric fly swatter would have been obligatory here! had to search for 9 mosquitoes in one night alone, which kept me awake again and again - 1 cockroach in the room - The food we ordered in the evening was only mediocre. The portions could have been bigger. For the same price in the restaurant you get more meat, for example

The hotel room and washroom were great, but the overall facilities were disappointing. The hotel management was also unfriendly, which really affected the experience. Not the best stay overall.

The room came with a balcony as requested. It had a nice and cozy vibe.

The only room available with a balcony was right next to the reception. There was no soundproofing so it was a bit noisy inside because of people moving around the reception.

Modern, neat and tidy also the colour scheme felt cosy. Happy with the bathroom size, hot water available.

For 2 person staying only 1 large towel, when requested they don't have any more. The bathroom door hard to open and close, squeaks a lot. Could do with more rails to hang clothes and shelves for toileteries. Also could do with a mirror next to the dresser to get ready. I wanted 2 nights instead of 1 I discussed with the staff he misunderstood me. After requesting I wrote on the paper when I want to check out but did not advice me to book it online, I assumed he would check and could book it manually himself. Breakfast available, no options just paratha with dhal and potatoe curry and an omelette. Tea also available to help ourselves with during breakfast.
