Friendly staff, good food

No elevator

One of the best hotels in Sylhet. Their hospitality is just awesome, just awesome. I feel much comfortable staying here, and would prefer to come again.

So I was staying there on business purpose for 3 days I think and I'd say this is the best hotel I've stayed so far in sylhet... even tho I've already tried the top rated ones but this was good and the room was so clean and the best part is the view from the balcony. During my stay all the staff I've met they're so well mannered and respectful I liked that very much and all my needs were respected. I'd recommend RAHMA'S B&B 💯 percent you can try

Really great staff who helped me organise a taxi to see outside the city and made sure I was comfortable in any way possible.

As anywhere in South Asia the boiler for hot water took some time to heat up and ran out quickly as it was a small boiler.

Great location. Easier access to transportation from hotel. Lovely and calm environment. Room was so comfy and homelike. All the staffs were very humble and helpful. Glad I chose this place to stay. Highly recommended.

Lift facility

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I loved it! Everything exceeded my expectations.I really admire their humility; it's truly refreshing.

Powercut was a problem...

This was the best hotel ever. Best people and best hospitality I’ve ever encountered. The hotel is beautiful. Incredibly clean, comfortable, and well located. Alinur, Rumel, and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and kind and went out of their way to make my stay amazing. They organised tours of the area and even bought me fresh jackfruit off the tree as they knew I loved it so much. I had the absolute best time staying here and am so sad to leave. Will miss them all!

The property was pretty clean & was similar to the photographs, nothing to doubt. Only a request to put calling bells on the doors for better service. Staffs were very friendly & nice. English & Bengali languages speaking. No Hindi😊
