No in room freeze, no wall clock, not a great view from the room.

I got 58% discount from booking.com which made the package exceptionally great value for money. The rooms were really clean, the staffs were very helpful. The food was really great at their restaurant and reasonably priced. The breakfast (which was complementary) was amazing with about 12-15 items. I didn’t use their swimming pool. But they have one in their rooftop if you would like to use. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

There could be little addition of local fruits in breakfast

It was excellent pleasant stay.I was little confused in booking the room only seeing the picture in booking.com.After entrance in lobby my family remembers were extremely happy.Front desk staff specially Mr.Delwar did everything for our comfortable stay.Love stay and visit again.Excellent Display of breakfast.All items were well cooked and Tasty.

I visited Sylhet after long time.My booking was through booking.com.Initially I was little confused about the Locating but my family were very happy after entering the lobby area.All the front staff specially Mr.Nurul were very helpful cordial.Management staff were very responsive.I love visit again.

Breakfast were tasty and nicely displayed.Almost all the items were commonly noon to Bangladeshi travelers.Only one item could be added as milk. Fresh fruit were serve but not adequate.Overall breakfast was appreciable

There was ants in my bed and bigger insects were seen around the room, at one point I was on the toilet when something crawled out of the shower drain, it’s not the end of the world for my but if it was my wife or kids in that situation the outcome would of been completely different… other than the bugs the hotel was fine

However, several things were missing or not up to the mark. The view from the room wasn’t good, and there was no mini fridge, hair dryer, sandals, or kettle in the room. The in-room Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, and no tea or coffee was provided either. Also, the swimming pool was not clean and seemed poorly maintained.

The staff were okay and helpful when needed. The location is decent and quiet, making it a peaceful place to stay. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. A simple and comfortable experience. The hotel is almost new, and the furniture is in good condition. The restaurant is very good, and the buffet breakfast is also quite nice. The room was spacious, and the washroom was clean and well maintained.

The staff were very cordial and professional. They always paid heed to any of our callings with care and sincerity. The complementary breakfast was quite good. Their in-house restaurant was also good with a variety of tasty food. Rooms were clean. Liked their swimming-pool too, they changed the water whenever we asked. Moreover, each time they went extra miles to provide the best facilities possible. I had awesome 3 days in their hotel.
