Beautiful self contained house , very clean , comfy beds etc , has it own swimming pool too , set in a beautiful part of the countryside, quiet location , close to Ypres town centre , hilde is a great host , showed us around and she made us the loviest breakfast, she has great attention to detail and very friendly and warm , I would def stay here again and my friends too

Had a really lovely one nights stay. Hilde was a very attentive host and everything was perfect. Very nice countryside location with horses in the fields around us which was a bonus when looking out of the window in a morning. It was located conveniently just outside Ypres and close to the war memorials etc... the breakfast Hilde prepared for us was beautiful . We would love to return if in the area again! A hidden gem 😉❤️

The tarmac of the road outside was a bit noisy, fine once you are asleep. You absolutely need a car but lots of places to eat 5-10mins from the B&B

Great B&B. Amazing breakfast!! Nice clean bathroom. Looked like there was everything for toddlers and babies. A big shared living space, we made our own dinner one night. Garden with pool (water was cold) and swing &slide.

The property was on a busy road which sometimes was briefly noisy but once inside you soon couldn’t hear it. The garden is well enclosed however so no issues there.

We had an exceptional time at this clean, comfortable and charming place. Hilde was most welcoming to us and our young children. The facilities were of high standard and kept in great order. We were able to feel like guests but also feel at home which is the perfect combination. We had breakfast each morning which was varied and tasty. Much of which was home made or local which was brilliant.

It was little bit complicated for us with the checkin time but we managed to delay it after 17:00. Also a minus was that the heating was off even if we put the radiators on maximum. A little bit to cold for our taste but if you like it like that then it s perfect for you

The property is very nice, everything is well done. It has a great breakfast and wonderful facilities in the house. We traveled with our toddler so the toys and the slide were a very big plus for us. Parking available in front of the house, easy access.

Just a huge thank you to the host at this perfect B&B..... As this is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in,and the high end hotel chains,could seriously learn from this host,as attention too detail is absolutely perfect..... The whole house is spotlessly clean,and the reviews speak for them self !! Breakfast is a continental affair,and impressive..... My fellow four travellers were also impressed,and our only gripe is,we wish we ould have stayed here for a week,and not just for one day....... Loved It !!!!
