The only thing I think could be improved is by adding a mini fridge to the room. Not a huge issue as there is a fridge in the dining room so we stored a couple drinks in there with a note on top saying they belonged to us but would’ve been nice to have a fridge on hand in the room. Other than that, the accommodation was perfect!!

The properly was clean and comfortable. Location couldn’t be better, in walking distance of everything you’d want to see/do in the city. Loved the courtyard, spent time out there every evening. The owner is lovely and super knowledgeable about the city!

Nice room in a good location not far from the city centre. The host was very helpful in greeting us when we checked in and giving us recommendations for Bruges (and we also got a welcome drink!). A bus from the train station passes very close by, so that was a convenient way to get to the apartment (otherwise it would be close to 30 mins walk). The bathroom was very nice and spacious too - but it was down some steep steps in the room, so even though it was fine for us, if mobility is an issue that might be worth raising before check in. We were also welcome to leave our bags after check out, and pick them up again after our day of sightseeing.

It would be helpful to have advice that you can get the no.1, no.2 and free shuttle bus from the airport to a bus stop very close to the property

Really beautiful accommodations right in the heart of Bruges. Super walkable to the entire city. The host was also incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Other guests above us were very loud after midnight and took several hours to calm down and go to sleep.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful, comfortable, huge but cosy room in the center of Bruges. The host was very nice, told us a lot about Bruges, recommended places to go. It was great.

There was quite a bit of noise from other guests moving around in their rooms due to it being an old building which can be quite loud.

The property is beautiful and in a great location with nice restaurants. The room was lovely and host is so friendly with great recommendations of activities and places to eat.

The wifi didn’t seem to work. It connected but nothing seemed to load consistently.

Having to pay the tourist tax in cash was a bit inconvenient, as we had left it until the last minute to pay and the best cashpoint we could find was in the centre and we were rushing to get going. The only other issue was the blinds, which didn't block out the light from the street lamps particularly well.

Michèle was a brilliant host. She was very good at communicating when the room was available so that we could check-in slightly earlier, as we were lucky that the previous guests left early in the morning. She explained some very important details about Bruges and how busy it would be, identifying important locations for us to visit and things for us to do. She went out of her way to get us information about lace and where to find more authentic belgian made pieces. The welcome drink was lovely and appreciated, and we were overwhelmed by the luxury of the room. All-in-all we had a wonderful time in part due to Michèle's advice for which we are very grateful.

The property and location is exactly as described. Lovely property, good size rooms, very tastefully decorated and modern, good bathroom / shower. Lounge / breakfast area all very nice with coffee / drink facilities and honesty bar - the welcome drink was very welcome! Great / quiet location but within 5 minutes of the main central Bruges area. Owner very accommodating and available for advice during our stay, check instructions very easy to follow. Many thanks, highly recommended for a short stay in Bruges.

Not a complaint but a suggestion - would be good if the tourist tax could be included in booking costs, so as to remove the job of having to get cash out from a store while there. Only a minor thing!

Location was amazing, very handy to central Bruges and the main squares (5-10 min walk). Supermarket close by. Host was lovely and stayed late to let me in as I was running late (normally if arriving after hours she would provide info for remote check in). She also took time to provide a map and recommend areas of city to explore. Very spacious room and nicely designed. All amenities included - besides breakfast although that was because I stayed on a Sunday night. Bed big and comfy. Fast WiFi included. Would highly highly recommend coming to stay here!

Our room ( room #1) had about 8 steps down to enter the bathroom. This was okay, but a bit tricky to navigate in the middle of the night.

The room was very clean, lovely, with a very comfortable bed!! Michele is thoughtful and very quick to respond; She made us feel very welcome!
