The only issue I personally had was the little blue lights on all the switches and the air con which stayed on through the night, but fortunately I used a sleep mask to address the issue and also realised two clicks slightly lessened the light.

Location is great and it is a lovely hotel. A fabulous breakfast buffet is available. Staff were lovely and helpful overall. The lady cleaning the hotel was working very hard to keep it looking smart and was diligent in noticing someone had left their bag in reception just as they were leaving, which shows a good standard of care. She was very impressive. We would definitely use the hotel again.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the hotel

We loved this hotel. The room was really comfortable for the four of us. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the bar was great, it was in a fantastic location and the breakfast was also great.

It would have been nice if there was a place where we could put a soap bar that the hotel was providing. We also lacked labels on dishes the hotel was providing for breakfast. One can also hear sometimes noises from other rooms or housekeeping.

The staff were extremely nice, polite and helpful, and spoke multiple languages! The facilities were clean and nicely designed. Pretty quiet as well.

The car park is extremely tight, with a low ceiling, so beware if you're not good at manoeuvring in tight spaces, or if you drive a 4x4. The TV couldn't be changed to English and there was no Netflix or YouTube. However, this is a minor issue as we were not in the room most of the time.

The staff were exceptional and the hotel is in a great location. It's a very short walk to lots of amenities and activities. Despite this, the hotel is still very peaceful. The lounge area and courtyard in the hotel are very stylish and the environment is very relaxing.

Overpriced breakfasts (28 Euros for breakfast is excessive; there is a very nice tea and breakfast place across the street at the end of the block which is a great bargain in comparison).

Very minor, but the bathroom lights in my room were automatic only, and i could not manually turn them off, so when I was trying to sleep, they would stay on for a few minutes until the timer shut them off

Location is fantastic, on a historical street in the historic town center, near small cafés, then 1 block away from a main shopping street and a short walk away from the main town square. breakfast was a large hot buffet with many options. Room was clean, with comfortable bed and good shower. Nice garden in the middle of the property, where you can buy drinks and relax. There was bike parking available in the underground garage. Staff helped me find restaurants for dinner and store my luggage before my room was ready

All good but only a small thing I felt the toiletries were not of a very good standard. Quite expensive for parking at 25 euros a night even at city centre rates.

Excellent location right in the centre of old town but in quiet side road. Staff on reception very welcoming and helpful. Nice comfortable modern furniture, good stylish bar with outside terrace courtyard area for drinks or quiet relax. Bedroom and bathroom clean and spacious, good powerful shower, lovely large bed. Good choice for breakfast with good selection of fresh fruit, but there is a breakfast coffee shop opposite if you prefer to eat out of the hotel. Parking underneath hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Classic hotel well situated near downtown. Minutes away from all the Bruges's attractions. Bonus points for the parking and the great breakfast. This is the second stay ( more than 15 years from the previous one) and the quality stayed untouched.

Great location, if you're with the car, parking garage close by, immediate access to town center, great breakfast!

The car park was very tight with a large car. However in such a historic and beautiful city having parking in the centre below the hotel was a real plus.

Reception staff were especially helpful and patient, nothing was too much trouble.
