We had a fantastic stay—everything exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great Brugge experience!

Good selection on the breakfast buffet and clear, easy instructions for parking. Communal areas nice and modern and pleasant outdoor garden.

Room decor was mediocre. No view from room.

Rooms felt tired and small Our room had a stagnant sewage smell unless we kept the air conditioning on constantly resulting in a chilly stay!

I paid extra for a balcony that was poor it looked out onto a courtyard and didn’t have a seat on it (tho so small not sure it would fit a chair anyway. Pillows were like bricks

Great location and wonderful breakfast.

Location is great and it is a lovely hotel. A fabulous breakfast buffet is available. Staff were lovely and helpful overall. The lady cleaning the hotel was working very hard to keep it looking smart and was diligent in noticing someone had left their bag in reception just as they were leaving, which shows a good standard of care. She was very impressive. We would definitely use the hotel again.

The only issue I personally had was the little blue lights on all the switches and the air con which stayed on through the night, but fortunately I used a sleep mask to address the issue and also realised two clicks slightly lessened the light.

We loved this hotel. The room was really comfortable for the four of us. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the bar was great, it was in a fantastic location and the breakfast was also great.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the hotel

The staff were extremely nice, polite and helpful, and spoke multiple languages! The facilities were clean and nicely designed. Pretty quiet as well.

It would have been nice if there was a place where we could put a soap bar that the hotel was providing. We also lacked labels on dishes the hotel was providing for breakfast. One can also hear sometimes noises from other rooms or housekeeping.
