The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to the city centre and very easy to find. The room was super big and comfortable, very calm and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the washroom was very clean. The staff were super friendly and supportive.

The bathroom was small with no basic amenities or slippers, the carpet was not clean, and parts of the hotel were older than they appear in photos.

The lift is tiny

Very Clean, modern decor, very pleasant lady at the front office. Check inn and Check out was painless. Sound proofed walls you couldn't tell you were in the City Centre

Hotel has no lobby, breakfast room and hallways a bit run down and not very inviting.

The gap between the curtain and the wall next to the bed let in sunlight. That meant that as soon as the sun came up, one's face was directly in the sunlight. That was not good - especially if wanting to lie in, like I did on account of being unwell. The room could be softened up more with wall paintings, etc. The walls were quite bare and did not add to the homely ambience. The aircon was above the door in the room and was facing the wardrobe. So, its effectiveness was very minimal.

The doors could be sound proof. We got a room close to the elevator and it was quite noisy. Also, we relied on the information about parking being available and, upon arrival, found out it was not exactly the case - the hotel has a limited number of parking spots which were all taken. The only one available was for small cars and ours would not fit.

The carpet was a bit dirty. The mattress and the bed had some stains. Later I also found a lipstick kiss on the bed cape. It was ugly to see

As some others were mentioning. the room is a but dark during the evening, even when the lights are on.

I find that this hotel offers very good value for the room fees. Importantly, it is indeed clean, just as previous guests mentioned, which is the most important factor for me.

Some of the furniture was a bit worn off but that wasn't an issue really.

The room was clean and had all the necessary for a comfortable stay. The size was good. We didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment on that. However, there is a vending machine with some items for breakfast and botteled water. The location is good but not in the old part of the city. It takes about 20-30 min to the grand place. Very close to the palais de justice and city weel.

lighting in room was not so good (lights were very dim), narrow parking spaces in the underground private parking, very cheap toiletries in bathroom, elevator was rather slow (staircase was faster if you did not have luggage to carry, but also narrow)

very nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds, elevator takes you from underground parking to upper floors, nice and helpful staff, fresh breakfast choices (extra fee), private underground parking (extra fee, reservation needed)
