Cool and impersonal. Terrible piped music in lounge and during breakfast.

Loved the 24 hour tea and coffee making facility in reception, but would have preferred to have facilities in room, as it meant I couldn't have a hot drink before getting dressed in the morning.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. View from one side of the room was good - on to the courtyard. Other side of the room was not so good, but overall happy.

It would get quite warm at night, and some city noise would be loud after having to leave the windows open.

The hotel has tea and coffee facilities in the lounging area which can be used at any hour. This does however mean that there aren’t any in the room which is a little inconvenient. That being said, the coffee is from a machine and was of a good quality.

The hotel was extremely quiet and very close to the tram station. The room was very nice with a a nice wet room. WiFi was excellent.

We couldn't stay longer.

We arrived early but were allowed to secure our bikes safely at the hotel and then walk around the city. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a city break. The facilities were exceptional. The room was quite superb. Exceptional value for money

There is no lift in the apartment building and the staircase is quite narrow. I was at the 1st floor, but I thought it would be difficult to bring a heavy luggage further up. The furnishings are a bit worn out.

Perfect location. I had a spacious apartment. Very nicely set and quiet. The breakfast is fantastic, with a lot of choice and good quality I would certainly go there again

On the breakfast buffet, I wish the gluten-free bread was kept separate from the other bread to prevent cross contamination.

We were traveling by bicycle and were caught in the rain. When we checked in, the staff gave us rags to clean our bicycles with. The hotel also has a secure storage area for bicycles. Our room was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. The breakfast buffet had lots of fresh meat and cheese. Fresh squeezed orange juice is available. Eggs can be ordered. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent location in the center. Friendly staff. Stylish and comfortable rooms. I stayed during the heatwave (38C outside) and the aircon was easily able to keep the room at perfect temperature.

I would go for a larger room if we were staying longer. The small one was great for two nights.

Great location in the centre of old town. Near a carpark that was convenient to leave the car for a weekend trip. Compact room that makes the most of the space. Large shower. Great for a couple for a weekend. Staff were efficient and clear.

In the listing it says there’s parking. Turns out they mean you can park your car in the (paid) parking lot across the square. This is misleading. Also, they AC didn’t work. It was 27° in my room. And I wish someone had told me they cook your eggs to order at breakfast.
