We had a Junior Suite with sea view. Great room and exceptional view! 😍 The receptionist Hanae was amazingly friendly and welcomed us in the best way possible. 🥰 Breakfast was exceptional as well! 👍👍

As a returning customer my room far excelled my expectations! It is the 1st time to Andromeda without my husband who passed away 2 yrears ago to Covid. I only booked a junior suite with sea view but my beautiful 605 room was enormous for just me! Your house keepng girls, reception and breakfast staff were so lovely as they realised I was on my own. The toilet was smelly even after cleaning. Rooms' sound insulation is not the best.

Amazing breakfast with many options of food and drinks. The time window for the breakfast is longer than other hotels I've been to, which gives you the possibility of enjoying the morning without rush. The wellness facilities are stunning, there are time slots for families and for adults-only. Outstanding room with sea-view, you can see the whole coast and the room has plenty of space.

If you're booking this hotel for its wellness and pool area, think twice. A key reason we chose this property was the advertised adult-only hours meant to provide a peaceful, relaxing environment. In reality, those hours were not enforced. During our stay, the wellness area was chaotic—children running, screaming, fighting, jumping and diving despite posted adult-only times. It felt more like a water park than a wellness retreat. We raised the issue with the front desk and followed up in writing. While the hotel acknowledged the problem and apologized, no action was taken. Staff never appeared to monitor the area, and many guests seeking relaxation were visibly frustrated or left early. If you're a couple, solo traveler, or anyone seeking tranquility, this is not the place for you. Based on similar feedback from other guests here in this platform, this is a recurring issue. The hotel should either enforce its policies or stop promoting adult-only hours altogether.

Excellent location right by the beachfront with easy access to bars, cafes, restaurants. The room was large and comfortable for a couple. The breakfast was good with a lot of options.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant...also, you have to book your parking spot in advance, otherwise it might be tricky to find a spot at the Kursaal parking which is nearby

The parking was a little narrow and some spaces were a tight squeeze and on one day the pool was extremely hot but other than that it was great !

I loved the room , the breakfast , the free cake! and the location was great with restaurants and the beach. The family room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable and we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again ( probably will!!!)

I absolutely loved the comfortable room with its stunning sea view, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and serenity. Despite the chilly weather, the room stayed warm making it a cozy retreat. The breakfast selection was rich, and the bar provided a wonderfully cozy atmosphere to unwind in the evenings. Overall, the stay was both luxurious and welcoming.
