Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaThe flair of the hotel, but that's a matter of opinion.
The hotel is very conveniently located if you are just passing through. You can quickly get back on the highway. Tram line 1 stops directly in front of the hotel, allowing direct access to Antwerp’s old town. The parking lot is relatively large and right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The staff were friendly but somewhat distant. I have never stayed in such a well soundproofed hotel. There is a main road in front of the hotel and there were construction works everywhere, but you couldn’t hear any of it in the room when the windows were shut. Impressive!

United KingdomSo I went to my room and imditerley seen that TV was smashed went down stairs to report as didn't want the hassle the next day all maids was brought down to be asked if they see the TV like this I was literally up there 2 mins felt like they was trying to blame me for this issue they also told me that room hadn't been used for ages I was not happy I was made to feel like this They did swap my room but it was the feeling I had after it that I didn't like

Location of buses and tram is right in front of the hotel, which is great as you can easily travel to the city centre. Free coffee and tea are available 24/7. The aircon in the room is very quiet.
