No air-conditioning, smell of bathroom in one of our rooms. We booked during concert, it was super loud, even if we got ear plugs, it was impossible to sleep

Bathroom not so clean. No idea why a wash basin is given outside the room 🤔man should go all the way with his dirty hands outside the bathroom to wash his hands🫣

The only minor thing we experienced which could be improved was that the room was a little bit warm and the fan was not enough to cool the room, which required us to sleep with open balcony doors in order to let the cold come inside the room.

The location, staff and facility were great. Communication was very good and the stay was very pleasant.

it could get a little bit loud in the evening if there is a school tour on your visit. But overall it is fine.

The room is very clean, the staff was also very hospitable, even give us tips and discounts as well. The room is also equipped with what we need for 3 days of stay, it is also located just beside the endpoint of the Kayak experience which was very good. 10min drive to Dinant Center which is very good. We will definitely visit again in the future!

The double bed in the family room was a bit uncomfortable as the level of the twin beds was a bit uneven. There were only French channels on the television.

There was a free and private parking area (a lot of spaces). The family room was just the right size for our family. Mehdi was super nice, accommodating, helpful, and hands-on. We had a lot of things and he helped us bring them to our room. He explained everything well and even gave recommendations of good restaurants.

Really only convenient for the kayaking, there are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance but main town of Dinant is a long walk away - we used the Bolt electric scooters which are parked at the end of the road and was fun along the river path. Their Breakfast option wasn't great but nothing else nearby unless you go into Dinant which is also expensive in the cafes there

Ideal location for river kayaking as basically above the Dinant Evasion booking office. Clean rooms with good shower and easy 24/7 access from rear stairs. Nice to have kettle and tea making facilities in the room. We had family room with 3 single beds on Mezzanine (up ladder stairs) as twins were all booked. They also held some luggage for us on the checkout day which saved us dragging it around with us! Plenty of free parking too

The rooms are along a corridor that has a strange, stuffy smell... It gets noisy outside when people gather to go on their kayak trips.

The location is fine, easy to find, and with ample parking space. Plenty of okay restaurants within walking distance.

1. On our second day during breakfast we were ask if we have meal ticket but we didn't received it during our check-in. On the same day while we were already eating and there's a family who came in for breakfast also the GUY who's serving the guests point at OUR table and said something to them and they all looked at us like we did a crime. Next time put RESERVED on tables if it was for someone because it's very awkward. 2. The door of our rooms is so noisy once you open and close it. 3. Sad that there is only 1 channel in the television. 4. No hair dryer. Room 6 & 5

Location for kayaking is very good. Rooms with terrace is good. It's nice that there's a refrigerator, a microwave and kettle.

It would also get a little noisy once the kayakers start arriving in the morning especially on the weekends so don’t plan on sleeping in.

Great price with family room! Dorm style hallway was a little noisy, but great private bathroom with sleeping for 5 was amazing. Great town with so much to do and see. Caverns, boat rides, kayaks, castle, hiking, restaurants, history (home of the saxophone).
