Great location to travel with kids. Lots of fun activities for children. Amazing facilities, like playground, swimming pool and sport areas. Good restaurant, but a bit explensive.

Didn’t like is big word but I would definitely like a lid for frying pan and some under setter for pan for on the table. These two small things is the only i can think of.

Everything, location and peacefulness and o yes off course the animation team of the camping.

The bed linen package is induced into the booking price and is mandatory (you can't bring your own), which is OK. However it doesn't include towels, and it's written nowhere, which is confusing: you can't really know from the booking description what you need to bring (so we forgot the towels, which is technically our fault but could be avoided if the booking description was clear enough). Hot water pressure is a common problem in mobile homes, and in the ours it was present quite prominently: the kitchen tap worked just fine, water temperature was easily adjustable, but in the shower you either get boiling hot or freezing cold, something in between requires a masterful skill of mixer tap jugglery. (Together with the forgotten towels story, this made our shower experience a bit challenging). We stayed in a mobile home but I had the pleasure of visiting one of the the shared WC places a couple of times. While it was visually clean and fully functional, the unpleasant WC odor was present quite boldly, much more than it normally should. It was persistent during a few days stay, so not a momentary issue due to a careless visitor. I hope it's temporary, due to some sewers issue, and will be fixed shortly.

Very pleasant overall. Nice camping with relatively new mobile homes, huge playgrounds for kids of all ages, sports area and summer pool, surrounded by the forest and pastures in the middle of Ardennes. The forest is very lovely and starts literally next to the camping, accessible on foot for walks and trails of all sorts. Not overclouded, there is enough space between the mobile homes. Places for tents look also very nice. The village (or is it a town?) is 5 minutes by car, where you can find all the civilization perks: supermarkets, ATM, pharmacy, restaurants etc. Lots of stuff to see around with kids or not within 30 minutes drive: mine museum Au cœur de l'Ardoise, Herbeumont castle ruins, Europe space center etc.

the mobile house we stayed in was newly renovated with everything necessary at hand. Also there was a new huge playground where the kids could stay for hours.

Swimming pool is not warm enough. (Outside temperature was ~16 during day and sun was shining).

New hauses with full equipment. New beds which are very comfortable.

The caravan wasn’t overly clean when we arrived-mainly the dishes in the kitchen. Maybe they expected the previous guests to have washed up properly but that wasn’t the case and it would have been nice if it had been checked. The outside area was very muddy-there was a lot of rain during our stay! This made keeping the caravan clean a bit tricky-we felt that some stone paving between the parking space and the caravan would have prevented issues.

The caravan was fine but we had forgotten that Belgian caravans don’t have ovens! The bar area was nicely decorated with a decent selection of beers and knowledgeable/friendly staff. The best bit about the site was the staff. My husband mistakenly left a jacket that had sentimental value in the caravan. The staff rang us once we had left but we had gone too far to return. They went out of their way to package the jacket up and post it back to us in Plymouth-it arrived not long after we returned home despite there being the Easter weekend inbetween. They were very helpful and really put my husband’s mind at rest.
