Delightful hotel. Decor,rooms perfect. From the reception greeting to checking out , all staff were lovely. Breakfast selection was great, and I would highly recommend dining there in the evenings . Delicious food. 👌

Wonderful facility. Rooms very comfortable and had a regular hair dryer instead of a wall hair dryer that just blows warm air. Very nice restaurant on site, free parking. Good location.

A fantastic modern hotel with a wonderful restaurant in the loveliest garden! Hotel staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms are well-appointed, and the location is excellent - less than five minutes from the historic main plaza in Ypres with the shops, restaurants and In Flanders Field Museum. We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant in the garden and the lights and pond make it a magical setting for an incredible meal. We returned to the garden for breakfast the next morning and it was also excellent with an abundance of options. We can't wait to return to beautiful Belgium and this fantastic hotel!

Everything! Parking was very easy with plenty of spaces, 5 minute walk to the town centre, staff were superb, breakfast was great (especially the bespoke egg lady). Loved the room. Got an upgrade on arrival and the bathroom, bed and lighting were spot on! Really enjoyed the mini WW1 exhibition within the hotel.

It was everything the 5 star reviews said it would be. Welcoming, friendly and the staff go over and above for you. The room was outstanding, with everything you need. Quiet, super clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, a few minutes walk and you’re in the main square. We had a few meals and breakfasts there and again, sublime! It’s just a top notch hotel but somehow remains affordable. Thank you!

Probably one of the best hotels there is. Classy , great value, great staff. Brilliant location for walking to the Menin Gate. Lovely grounds with carp pool.

Very friendly welcome from the hotel staff, nothing was a problem, extremely helpful. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding with plenty of choice. Our evening meal on the Saturday was simply outstanding, with amazing service throughout. The bed and pillows were super comfy. We could not have wished for a better stay. Yes we'll be back.

Lovely hotel, well situated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice, but noisy enough to wake us up repeatedly each night from things being dropped on the floor from the room above - this should perhaps be looked into.
