    the restaurant, the pools

    almost no service (no help with the luggages even though I had 2 big luggages and many stairs to go to the bedroom), they don't fill the water bottle in the room, no room service, not always someone available at the reception lots of restrictions for kids

    We lived in Brussels for 10 years and we stay here each time we come back. Quiet location, great spa, good food.

    The rooms could do with a slight redesign of the lighting system.

    Spa facilities were a nice treat

    Outdoor area was noisy with children attending lessons, as well as swimming pool- when booking did not realise this was a facility for regular children lessons otherwise would not have booked as it was booked as a quiet get away break The lighting in tbr bedroom was terrible- one small spotlight at the front door and no other ceiling lights, only lamps-lighting in the bathroom was awful, unable to shave adequately or apply makeup with such poor lighting One morning when having breakfast a mouse ran out in the dining area whilst we ate- staff was alerted but this put us off our food and we left early. For thr price we expected more

    The spa facilities have been quite nice and welcoming.

    There are many places with low accessibility. Locations with lower steps just after doors that are unmarked and could make it easy to injure yourself especially when carrying luggage. The breakfast has been very disappointing with a very poor diverse choice. As also noted by the hotel staff when raised. Found dirty bathrobes in the room I checked into. Albeit sitting behind a bathroom door, I still believe that could have been checked. Overall, quite disappointed with the resort, which promotes itself as a high-end establishment. In comparison to the other 6 hotels I stayed at in the last 2 weeks, while in Luxembourg/Belgium, this was the last hotel, and quite surprisingly, my lowest rating yet. I offered my recommendation the the front desk staff, which was well received. However, it appears that what I raised are known issues amongst the hotel staff, which raises the question. Why do these still remain undressed?

    I arranged a late checkout with reception the night before — it was clearly confirmed with no mention of any further steps. But in the morning, I received several calls from reception asking why I hadn’t checked out. Eventually, a manager called and told me I couldn’t stay because I had supposedly failed to “confirm” again — something no one ever mentioned. To me, it looked more like they messed up the room booking or saw a chance to resell the room and simply made up an excuse to kick me out. Either way, I was left feeling tricked and unwelcome. It’s also important to understand that this place is primarily a spa, and only secondarily a hotel. Regular hotel guests are clearly treated as second-class — the focus is on local spa members, yoga clients, and day visitors who bring in more money. So if you’re okay being treated as less important than the “real” customers — go ahead and book. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

    The place is very calm and spacious. The water fountain, with several options, is great.

    I didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the facilities, but when I tried to go to the pool in the afternoon it was full of people, adults and kids. The rooms are quite small. This is probably a good hotel if you plan on using the facilities during the morning or early afternoon, before everyone arrives from school or work.

    There is a spa attach which I had full use of. Food was good and very friendly staff

    Lots of stairs to get to my room.i had to leave a day early and was not reimbursed for my last night. They said it was because I used booking.com for the reservation. Can you help?? Please
