For the amount they charge 1. Coffe/tea station tea cups were not refilled. We made tea one day the next day cleaning staff dint even place new ones 2. The room has fine dust. If u are someone with dust allergy, be careful. 3. Swimming pool water needs cleaning. 4. We were told its "wellness centre" so kids are not allowed after a certain time considering they will make noise. What we observed for 3 days was that the adults who came were talking loud and shouting.. the wellness aspect is out of the window. 5. May be good for couples, family with kids consider other options if possible.

Our steak could’ve been a little more flavourful but the dinner overall was nice!

The view was amazing, parking was easy, the beds were very comfy and it was very clean in both the bedroom and bathroom!

didn’t like the paper cups provided for tea and coffee in the room. Sofas uncomfortable in outside bar area and left marks on my husbands back.

Lovely outside dining area fabulous views of countryside. Booked half board and food was exceptional quality. Our waiter Cedric was so helpful and brought us an English menu. Room was clean and spacious.

The location is great, quite and it have a nice green surrounding. We went into the spa when it was quite, so we got all the space for our self. The staff was very helpful & friendly.

The room and facilities were clean, the area is very pretty. Lots of things to do around, the city is nearby. We had a small argument with the restaurant manager. We asked to have 2 forks, because we had 8 months old baby, which was not feeling 100% well so we had no time/means spend hours at the restaurant and just wanted to eat quickly a salad that we had outside. He was very rude, it seemed to be a big deal to provide 2 forks while we are the clients of the hotel.. Did not get it so much, in France you can have forks at any hotel that you stay. I wished having 3 meal course dinner at the restaurant there but this is not always possible travelling with the small child..

Good setting, perched on a hill surrounded by meadows and woods, nice pool and very good breakfast. Nearby Durbuy is a quaint village with many food options.

The only thing we are not satisfied is the rooms are not really sound proof 😁 you can really hear the footsteps of the people walking at the hallway and theyre voices...that was a bit disturbing specially when you are sleeping 😁

The place (area) was great...really calm and relaxing...we also liked the view outside the window,,, the staff were also friendly and helpfull,,, the wellness was really great they have everything what you need for..the food are also delicious...we are surelly planing to come back but next with our children :) Thank you for a wonderfull experience we had ❤️
