How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They dont have enough parking for their guests. Place for breakfast is not enough. I changed my room with money because their twins bed is not comfortable. 👎

Would have been nice to have coffee in the room itself, but the had a free machine downstairs that served the purpose.
Really nice hotel, clean and modern. Has everything you need for a short trip to Antwerp. The location is great and easily reachable by tram, or is a 20 min walk to the city centre.

What I found really odd was a sign on the coffee machine saying not to take cups back to the room which would make sense if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room which there aren't. We have stayed at other b&b's and have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. As many families do we like to have a tea or coffee when getting up in the morning and trying to get the children ready for the day The shower was broken! It didn't stay up right due to the part the holds it up not working and water only came out of one nozel which made showering quite a challenge. Also if you jammed the shower by the pole you flooded the very small bathroom due to the very small shower and odd shaped folding shower door (which a larger person may even struggle to get in) The staff were pleasant but the wasn't one of our fav hotels sadly. We did leave a night early as your youngest was unwell. We would've complained about the shower if we were staying the full stay
The location was good. Easy to walk to some lovely cafes. Great location for children as right next to park

No fridge in the room
Good size room in a great quiet student area. Except the fact the hotel is quite remote to public transport all other things where more great. Good breakfast, clean room, cheap parking.

Good location, parking was easily available. We were only here for an short over night stop but wished we had had a little time to look around, there seemed to be plent to see within short walking distance. Nice coffee in reception area.

Not very close to central Antwerpen, but easy to use a tram.

Being told I had breakfast included upon check in, but the next morning they stated we didn't have breakfast included after all. I was surprised when they said it on arrival, but still slightly disappointing.
There's trails next to it with a outdoors gym, there's also monuments with a beautiful large park at walking distance. The tram is reliable and 3 minutes from the hotel.

Bathroom tiny, which was fine for our one-night stay but might annoy some visitors.
Very clean, comfortable. Friendly welcome even though it was midnight. Easy to find in an interesting district. We were able to park the car and travel easily by tram into Antwerp centre and the harbour area and the MAS museum. Couple of bars/cafes very close by too.

Parking for checking-in is limited if you go at a busy time…the hotel is awkwardly located at the end of what feels like a foot path more than a road. Appears as though you are not supposed to drive up to hotel entrance. A bit confusing at first glance.
Super Clean and very friendly staff. Great koffie/thee ….safe location inside and out.
