Everything was smooth, the loft was beautiful and easy access from and to the centre.

Perfect location in Bruges, just a few minutes walk from the centre and attractions with a convenient supermarket nearby. Bieke is a wonderful host and the Guesthouse de Loft is equipped with everything you need during your stay 10/10 from us.

The host was just lovely, the room had everything we needed and really felt like a holiday space. There was basically zero noise while still being very close to Brugge's inner city. We truly have no complaints :)

De Loft is located in a historic building that is completely renovated on the inside. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully appointed with everything we could possibly need. On hot days, it was comfortably cool. The breakfast was delicious, and huge!. Spacious bathroom with a great shower. Bieke, the host, is delightful -- she could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Everything about our stay at Guesthouse de Loft was exceptional, from the warm welcome and flexible arrival time to the space itself.

It was rather warm during our stay and we slept quite hot because we didn’t notice the fan until the morning of our departure. This wasn’t the fault of our host but we are accustomed to a light top sheet in the US that is very uncommon in the EU, so it seems.

Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful in settling us in. We did not see her after that. Breakfast was limited and self-service. The lack of black tea was a pity. (Though one of us was OK with Earl Grey tea.) The location was superb, central to the old city yet quiet and peaceful. The peace was disturbed somewhat when heavy rain pounded on the loft roof at night, making it impossible to sleep until the showers passed. The led light installed on the open spiral staircase was essential for safety - unfortunately it’s trigger switch was defective and it kept switching itself on and off for no apparent reason throughout the night - again disturbing sleep.

Bieke welcomed us in, gave us plenty of information on what to do in the city and delivered it with plenty of great humour and a charming personality.

The location was perfect, close enough to the centre to take a stroll but not right in the centre. Bieke is an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble, so welcoming and so helpful with suggestions of places to go. We used her restaurant recommendations and had lovely food especially at nearby Punta Est 5-10 minute walk away right next to the canal. The bed was super comfortable, the room was beautiful and clean, and the bathroom was brilliant with a great walk in shower and additional towels provided during our 3 day stay. We arranged the private on site parking which made life so easy, but looked to be parking nearby as well if needed. We were lucky enough to even stay for an additional night, all agreed with no issues. We will definitely be back!

The location, the exceptional information & time spent by host with map & guidebook. Also liked back entrance & pvt patio.

It was hot, as was previous cities with no A/C, but the fan helped. Certainly wouldn’t stop us from booking again, but would lean more to cooler months.

The home was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were spacious and well equipped. The whole property was clean and comfortable. We had a warm welcome from a fabulous host who made us feel very much at home and also gave us lots of useful information and tips for our stay. The location is good, only a short walk into the city but so peaceful and quiet.

Bruges is a beautiful city and our weekend stay was made even better by having the opportunity to stay in this amazing accommodation. The room was clean, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. And most importantly we received a very warm welcome from Bieke, we felt very welcome. Bieke also gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat or have a beer. In this age of self-check-ins, it was a very nice change :⁠-⁠) Thank you Bieke and Bert!

The host met us and checked us in. She was very friendly and welcoming, gave us a map and showed us where we were and where we could find the various sights. She had a list of all the great places to eat and also recommended that we booked on time. This was really appreciated. We managed to get parking outside the door for 12.50 euro per day. Everything was in walking distance. The cottage is really clean, has everything that you need, comfy beds, hot shower and good coffee.

Bieke was the perfect host! The room was everything we could ask for; clean, cosy, and very well equipped. The house is conveniently located in a beautiful traditional area. We plan to stay again in the near future.

Bieke the host was warm and friendly, and very helpful. Loft is one of three rooms, very comfortable and with thoughtfully presented for travellers.

We liked everything!!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!! Absolutely amazing accommodation, very close to the centre, with terrace, everything perfect. Bieke was always ready to accommodate us in everything, and immediately solved any problem. Basic groceries available (including milk), coffee machine including capsules available. Large bathroom, large room, everything perfect to the last detail creating a feeling of coziness. I recommend absolutely with all ten, and the hostess - Bieke - is a very sympathetic and very pleasant lady, always with a smile on her face. Here you will really feel at home!!!

Hosts were super inviting and took time to explain the city to us. They gave us some great recommendations and we felt completely welcome. Bieke even gave us a small bottle of Champagne to congratulate our engagement whilst in Brugge

Cozy, comfortable and well equipped place close to the city but still far enough to be quiet.

We were welcomed very warmly by Beike and she ensured that we would have a fantastic stay. The guesthouse was cozy , clean and comfortable.

Perfect space. Great amenities. Bieck was a great host. She gave us a map of the city and gave us some great suggestions. This included a self guided walking tour which we did.

Guest House de Loft is a great place to stay if you are looking for a self-catering apartment. Bieke, the host, was really helpful and provided us with some beers and tea, coffee and milk on arrival. The apartment is really well equipped and clean. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. We were even given a lift to the station on our departure which was really appreciated. Apartment is within easy walking distance of the main square. I would highly recommend the Loft.

We received a warm welcome on our arrival at the Guesthouse. Our hostess gave us a tour of our space, gave us advice on where to eat and pointed out places to visit on a map she provided.
