Les Invites is a wonderful place to stay. It is a beautiful, comfortable, and quiet home away from home. Home-baked treats surprise you daily. It is close to the major sights in Bruges but just far enough away that it is quiet at night.

Excellent and modern accommodation with everything you need for a short break. Loved the welcome drinks and nibbles left out for us each day. This added a special touch to our stay. Owners are lovely and welcoming. Comfortable rooms with tea/coffee making facilities available. Lovely quiet location with only a short walk to the centre of Bruges. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing room, excellent host, and great location.

Les Invites is located across from a city shuttle stop or a 15 minute walk through the park across from the train station. Fully renovated and immaculate, the host Bart is very attentive, providing local advice an even an afternoon snack with chilled wine. The room has a Nespresso and tea pot with pods and bags provided. Breakfast is served from 8:30 downstairs in a large open space and included local yogurt, granola, a few meats, several cheeses, fresh juice, bread and pastries, jams and even thin pancakes and eggs along with coffee or tea. Rooms are tydied up daily. Only a few minutes walk to the museum area and sites beyond but far enough not to be busy in front with tourists. Bart is also a private barber and gave me an excellent cut. There are plenty of restaurants in Bruges and as a native Bart knows them well. The Italian a few doors down is excellent and essy after walking all day. It was reasonably priced but do go early.

My front room on the street had some traffic noise after 7AM but the double windows do a good job of reducing it. Except for the king bed their was only room for a small desk chair for seating. A mini fridge would have been nice to have cold drinks avaiable after 6.

The b&b was in an excellent location. Our host Bart made sure our stay was perfect. Little treats were left out for us each morning and evening. The building and room were wonderful! We spent three nights here and really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

It was so easy to step out and start your day in this beautiful city. Bart looks after you and every morning and night there was a pastry with a drink. I had the best sleep ever here!

Very convenient location. We took two rooms - the larger room was very comfortable but the other room was a little small so taking things out from our bags were a little difficult. Host was very kind and provided some snacks and drinks which was a lovely thought.

One of the rooms is rather small, so it was a little difficult to open our bags.

Host is proactive and gives many tips, also very prompt to respond to queries. Location is excellent. Room is clean.

A magnificent stylish room close to the center, but in a quiet location. Decorated with soul. The host Bart and his family did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. From a helpful guide with a map to daily compliments in the morning and evening. One of the best places I've stayed! Thanks a lot.

Beautiful b&b in a great position to explore Bruges. Lovely light, airy room, and very clean and comfortable. Extra touches such as treats and wine were really appreciated.

The property was located 5/10 mins walk from pretty much everything in Bruges. Could not have been better. Room was lovely and Bart and Magali were fantastic hosts. The small treats left out each morning and evening, and the welcome packs were a very thoughtful touch. Couldn’t have imagined staying at a nicer place.

Beautiful and comfortable. Loved having a luxurious bath tub. Owners were so welcoming and helpful. Plus small extras like pastries and juice in the morning. I would definitely return!

The room is very well decorated. Cozy and comfy. Welcoming chocolate, evening champagne and morning juice and pastries are just totally out of our expectations. Bart is just thoughtful. He even carried our luggage to the room. This is particularly helpful to someone in my age. Thank you, Bart!

A room is a bit small but the excellent interior design made good use of every corner.

The beds were super comfortable and it was a great location. Hosts are very accommodating. We loved our stay.
