Had such an amazing few days in Gent, Kris went above and beyond with his hospitality and kindness. Room was beautiful and had own private shower and everything you need (ladies the hair dryer was amazing!) Thanks again to Kris and I hope to visit again sometime in the future

Absolutely welcoming and approachable host, who knows how to make you feel very welcome, also if you normally feel a bit awkward in b&b's in someone's home. We felt welcome at any moment. He is interested in his guests, and he's incredibly knowledgeable about the city as well, having lots of stories and fun facts to tell. The breakfast is excellent: fresh, extensive, without being over the top. Great beds, too. The host simply knows how to run a B&B well.

kris s bed and breakfast ticked all the boxes ,,fast and efficient communication before and during the stay , smooth check in .. 25 minutes walk from train station and close by to the city centre , room was very comfortable and clean and bathroom ,,very quiet at night ,,kris is an excellent host

It is not negative just something that families with small children should take into consideration - steep stairs to the rooms.

It was central and easy to find. Kris was a great host who assisted with recommendations, made us an awesome breakfast and was helpful and kind. We stayed in room Sylvie which was spacious with a great shower. It’s way to get into central Ghent, a 20-25 minute walk.

Simply, everything: room, facilities, kind and super responsive and for all our needs available host; good position of the appartment, detailed instructions and reccomendations about everything, received from host. Modern equiped appartment, with some details more than expected, with so many details, such make up removing tissues, welcome sweets; breakfast at the request and needs of the guest... During the breakfast, festive Christmas music and lights, with many varietes and fresh fruit and juice.

There was absolutely nothing to co complain about :)

Honestly, one of the best accommodation I have ever stayed :) The location in a calm area but yet very close to the downtown. Very close to the main train station, a public transport bus station nearby. Room very cosy, clean, well eqquipped with anything you might need. Kris always made sure evyrything was ok, we also had some nice converstations. I would definately recomment this place to stay when in Gent :)

I have nothing to write there as negative.

Absolutely wonderful service. Hardly to imagine it better. We were asked about our perforations about breakfast and everything was done. We also get some interesting facts and recommendations about Ghent and Belgium, so we can plan our trips by this information. Also, the possibilities of our room were on the highest level. Everyday service, clen everywhere. These facts had big impact, that we really enjoy our Belgium vacations on the higher level.

The stairs!

Breakfast was very good and bed very comfortable. Only one thing is that you have to be careful on stairs so not too many beers! Location was good as it close to bus stops. Although having said that I think some accommodation is similar in Belgium to this in having a circular stairs. It was a quiet residential area and the host Kris was very informative. I would recommend it to family and friends.

There was coffee, tea, and water readily available, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, the presence of essential hygiene products like makeup remover wipes was a unique and much-appreciated touch. The attention to detail in providing these items truly set this B&B apart from others. Located in a tranquil area yet still within close proximity to the old town, it is perfect balance of peace and accessibility. A highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast prepared by Kris. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with a wide selection that catered to all tastes.

Amazing hospitality by Mr.Kris. He went extra mile as a host and picked us from the station. The breakfast was amazing as well. He guided us to avoid the common tourist scams.
