The house was very welcoming, as were the owners. The room was large, and the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. Very good breakfast. I will be back.

Excellent location just a short walk from the square. Lovely rooms, large comfy bed and brilliant air conditioning which was a must have. Breakfast was great and all freshly prepared for us.

The stairs to the top apartment would not suit anyone with a mobility issue.

We booked the luxury room, which had a spacious bathroom, including a bath. The bed was very comfortable and the room had air conditioning, which was very much welcomed as the temperature in Ypres was 30 degrees. The lovely host was very welcoming and even helped to carry our cases to the room. She recommended the best place to park our car for free, which was just a five minute walk from the B&B. Exceptional breakfast, with freshly cooked bacon and probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever tasted, meat & cheese and fruit & yoghurt, juice and tea. I'm considering going back for the Ypres Rally next year, I will definitely stay here again.

Noisy upstairs and smelt damp. Towels smelt musty, they were changed daily which was good but still musty. Just a flannel in downstairs loo to dry hands, thankfully again changed daily. No soap to wash hands so used small tablet on sink near shower.

The photo I saw and the description indicated we’d be in the ground floor in a larger room. We were told we have the deluxe spa room at no extra charge (which we didn’t want). Our room was up very steep, narrow stairs. We had to take all our luggage as car was parked 2 streets away. I was told the room I thought was ours was already booked. Room we were given had a nice bed and large bathroom. It was a totally unfinished room. Fridge in an unlined cupboard - all the rafters exposed. Kettle on floor of cupboard attached to a power board! Obviously, this room had never been inspected. We had concerns for the safety of the electrical work amongst other things. If you choose to stay here don’t book deluxe spa suite!!!!

Fabulous breakfast. One of the best we have ever had over the years. Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. Very friendly hosts.
