The bathroom is a real disaster. A WC behind a see-through window that cannot be closed. Who had this idea? Have you ever had a guest telling you how great they found offering a wonderful multi-sensory experience to their roommate while sitting on the toilet? Fortunately you were able to provide another room for us, thank you for that. In a matter of transparency for your guests, you should specify proactively that the WC-designer desperately lacked of common sense when planning the hotel. The beds are not comfy by the way.

The room seemed quite noisy and I wasn't keen on the shower/WC arrangement being in a glass cubicle and the wash basin being outside of it.

The complimentary wine and nibbles is very welcome on arrival (from 4.30pm). Easy walking distance from Grote Markt and the Cathedral.

Dust rats on the floor

That when a safety issue with regard to using a bath not a walk in shower was raised, staff did reassign my accommodation to a room with a walk-in shower.

Bathrooms were pokey, nowhere to hang towels in bathroom, nowhere to put things. Minimal choices for breakfast.

Comfy bed, great location in the Old Town, tram ride from Antwerp Central Station, staff friendly and helpful especially the breakfast person. Aperitivo was a nice touch.

The hotel has its advantages such as the location, the service-oriented staff (All), where Johan, for example, is a star, and daily socializing where the house provides both drinks and snacks!!

The room was quite cramped, no room to put away clothes anywhere, no garbage bin in the bedroom, no ventilation in the bathroom. All in all way too expensive for what it is. You pay for the location.

It is necessary to park the car in a garage close to the Hotel but we found it quite expensive.

Very nice boutique hotel just in the middle of the city. Perfectly located for buissness-stays and for sightseeing as well. Rooms are very nice.

Great location, nice hotel, wonderfully helpful staff. Only wish it had been a shower instead of a tub as it was slippery. Also, as a woman, more hangers and a bigger full length mirror in the room. Very clean. Fabulous « apéritive » in the evening and great breakfast.

If you like ultra modern you are fine here but we weren’t keen on the bare concrete and over spartan rooms. The chairs in the bar/breakfast area were awful, very difficult to get out of because of the splayed legs which screeched on the concrete floor every time you moved. The beds were too soft and springy for our taste. We had to move rooms because the room we booked said it had a table and chairs but ours had a desk with two little wooden stools 😏 There are currently a lot of early start building works directly outside the hotel that we were no warned about in advance so the city view we paid for was spoiled and we were woken up very early (6:05am). Breakfast juices were not great quality and scrambled eggs somewhat overcooked

The hotel is extremely well situated for the Cathedral, restaurants, main square and shopping area. Very friendly staff and we enjoyed the free drinks and tapas during happy hour. Breakfast was nice enough.
