The facilities were clean, the common spaces indoor and outdoor were extremely relaxing and comfortable. There were a lot of outdoor areas, smoking and non-smoking. Landscaping was beautiful. Dogs welcome, for a fee. Onsite parking. Breakfast area was well-stocked with hot and cold items plus there was a honor bar with snacks, beer, soda.

Having paid a lot of money to stay during Werchter festival, breakfast was excluded and offered as an extra at €25 per person which seemed an awful lot for a small edge of town hotel

We were well pleased and that's the truth.

Just friendly staff and lovely hotel. Near a few restaurants and other places for takeaways. Right on the Flanders Cycle Route. Perfect all the way around. Lovked cycle storage with plugs.

The website contains unclear information about breakfast – it is not included. The staff are very familiar with this issue as they are often asked about it. It is quite expensive, but there were no slippers or bathrobes in the room.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, too. There is a spa area available for an additional price.

The hotel is very nice and we liked the overall design, however I have to admit that it is completely dysfunctional. For example, having to walk across the entire room to wash your hands after using the toilet is simply absurd. When checking in we were a bit annoyed that we were asked to pay for the room a second time (we had pre-paid via Booking) and it took the staff a while to figure out their own system.

We stayed in Leuven for a few days to see Imagine Dragons and just wander around the city, but we didn't expect it to be so beautiful. The area around the hotel is truly stunning, it looks like an open-air museum.

A lot of construction going on so a lot of noise.. but that is understandable. Wasn't impressed by the unexplained smell in our room. Staff told us the next morning they would have happily moved us to another room but we were only staying one night.

I never like paying for parking at hotels although it is the norm in Europe. Its a hidden cost you don’t always calculate when looking for the best value to stay somewhere...That said, wasn’t horrendous.

Nicely appointed rooms with decent air con which helped given the high temps when we visited.

The open bathroom arrangement with a privacy curtain across part of the area. It didn't bother us but maybe if you shared a room with a work colleague for example it might cause some awkwardness.

Fantastic hotel in a quiet area of Leuven. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Our room inc bed was very comfortable. Loved the honesty bar and being able to sit outside in the gardens with the river was wonderful especially after a day sightseeing. We would definitely stay again.

Very little to dislike, but I found the single beds to be quite small

The room was a little bit small. Also, it was hard to figure out how to turn off some of the lights.

The room was very quiet and comfortable. Very conducive to sleeping well. I'm glad I chose to stay at this place.
