Breakfast was too expensive for the 4 of us over 2 days. Would have been nice to get a deal for breakfast.

The hotel great, easy checkin, friendly staff, good location for train station and places to eat. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel and found nearby bakeries. The two rooms we booked were modern, clean and spacious. No complaints from the kids about the Wifi. Would stay again if visiting Ghent.

Room was very cozy and beautiful. Excellent location with a very delicious and healthy breakfast. Easy access to tram and bus. Closer to the city. Workers are very respectful and polite. I recommend Hotel Chamade for couples and families. Rooms are very neat.

The tram outside the premises was not in service, perhaps the route has been changed but it makes getting around Ghent much more difficult than it appears on paper. This is obviously not the property’s fault.

A bit far from old town

It wasn´t in the old city centre but it was close to the railway station.

The room was on the 6th floor, it was spacy and clear room with beautiful bathroom. There was beautiful view on the roofs of the city.

Really loved the modern styling of the rooms and the lobby area. Spacious bathrooms and variety of amenities like tea and coffee were good too. Excellent location for bus, train and taking the tram. I bought some clothes from the shop opposite the hotel and the ice cream shop next door was very good too.

A bit far from ghent center. But tranvia was a short walk from hotel.

Friendly and accommodating staff. I had trouble with noise coming from the elevator to my room and they inmidiately assigned me a room away from the elevator. They held my bags until my check in time and were very friendly and polite at all times.

The only thing that tried my patience was the elevator, which is very small and also used by the cleaning staff. I had to wait about 10 minutes for it on the afternoon that I checked in as the laundry was being collected on various floors and then taken down to the basement. I am surprised that a hotel of this high quality would not have a separate elevator for the staff. On the day of my checkout, I took the stairs from the 6th floor because I was worried about missing my train.

It’s close to the train station. The lobby is spacious and elegant. The rooms are spacious, airy, and well furnished. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows. The bathrooms are large, equipped with toiletries, and the walk-in shower is lovely.

Excellent breakfast!! Good location in a calm area close to trams and the main rail station. Kind and helpful staff. They will keep your bags before and after check-in which we found very useful. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
