We sincerely apologize for the repeated messages regarding online check-in. It’s not our intention to pressure guests, and we understand how this may have felt intrusive. We’ve recently implemented a new system that automatically sends these reminders, and we’re still fine-tuning it to better suit our guests’ preferences. Of course, traditional check-in at reception remains fully available and usually takes just a couple of minutes, as you experienced.
