Nothing - this is a great hotel

We liked everything about this hotel - the location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the Market Square and Tower. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Our room was quiet, the shower and bathroom were a good size. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the breakfast staff were brilliant. The pool and sauna, although small, were very welcome facilities.

The location was perfect! The staff were extremely helpful and even found us a UK charger adaptor to use since we forgot ours. Reception staff provided us with a map and gave local recommendations.

No dinner/half board option, the room is quite small, the breakfast is average (for example, no fried eggs), you have to ask for coffee separately, there is no vending machine. All in all, a pleasant experience, but 4/5 stars compared to other 4 star hotels.

If I’m being picky then the room is ever so slightly dated, but not enough to be a detriment. The lift is also very small but we never had to share it with anyone else during our stay, so it wasn’t a real issue

The location was perfect, right in town and just a five minute walk from the main square. Despite being in the middle of town there was no noise to be heard overnight which was great! The staff were very friendly and housekeeping did a great job every day we were there as well. Good size room, we didn’t use the sauna or pool but we did pop down and have a look and they were very nice as well.

We opted out of breakfast because of the cost but didnt realize cost of food in Bruge. The elevator was not realize and was a bit difficult for my spouse who had a bad knee.

The room was nice and clean, we had a king size bed, staff was a combating to book us taxis and speak in English.

The Navarra has a great location in Bruges, about a long block from the main square. Room and baths are all super clean. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I have stayed here several time Breakfat is geat with fresh orange juice.s

The Lack of time, it went too quick! We couldn't find fault with anything, for us it was perfect.

The Hotel was superb, located in the NW of the City. The Location was ideal, and where we were located in the Hotel, had a great view above the rooftops of Brugge. There was an excellent choice for Breakfast and the Staff were exceptional, very friendly, which made our stay the more enjoyable. Many Thanks.
