Our only complaint is that the cleaning crew did very minimal cleaning while we were out during the day. The shower was never touched (which was a big deal since we are always returning from the beach and rinsing sand off our bodies, so the shower got pretty icky pretty fast), and it seems the floor was never swept or vacuumed (same issue - sand everywhere).

You can't beat the location of this hotel. It's also beautifully decorated and designed. The rooms are large for European hotel rooms.

Bathroom had a little smell of humidity. The noise from the corridor was audible through the bedroom door.

There is no parking. Bedrooms are lacking pillows. The beds have a headboard with a ledge, it’s easy to knock your head on it

Amazing location, beautiful lobby and rooms and there's free water and coffee included. The staff are friendly and even though the noise of the seagulls came through, all the rest of it made up for it. I would certainly want to stay here again!

Loved the room and the hotel in general. There were some works being done but the guy at reception was so nice, we didn’t mind at all. Location is fantastic, couple of steps from the beach. Loved it !

Unfortunately, noise was noticeable from several directions, footsteps from the room above, sounds from the hallway when other guests were heading to breakfast, and noise from the street, especially trams, which could be heard even with the windows closed. The elevator is quite small, so it might be a bit challenging for someone with larger luggage. In the superior room, a pair of slippers and a bathrobe would have been a nice touch. Having a staff member available at night would also add to the feeling of comfort and security, even one person on duty would make a difference.

The hotel is very elegant, both inside and out. I was welcomed by a polite receptionist who answered all my questions. The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the sea. There are several restaurants and shops nearby, and there's also a vending machine with snacks and drinks in the lobby, which is very convenient. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. The toiletries in the bathroom had a very pleasant scent.

It is always good to have a bar to relax in, unfortunately no bar.

The rooms are modern, appear to be newly renovated or as part of an extension build. The breakfast room allowed us to bring our dogs with us, which was very accommodating - roomy tables, lots of space.

Would of preferred a kettle in the room, other than just a coffee machine. Would like somewhere to sit and relax for an evening drink in the hotel reception rooms to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Fridge on site but was not very cold. Parking can be very limited on the main roads only. But was free between 6pm-10am- if you can find a space.

Excellent location and hotel. The beach was within 100 meters from the hotel doors. Friendly staff, clean and tidy with separate children's sleeping area. Lovely decor, quiet and large bed. A warm welcome on arrival.
