Hotel was a little more expensive than I'd usually pay, but it was very clean and comfortable and in a good location.

Location was nice, 25 minutes walk along the beach to Ostend centre and very convenient for sea and shops / cafes. The owner isn't always on site but comes within minutes when you ring the doorbell and is very helpful.

Rooms are not well sound-insulated, so you can hear other guests talking. 'Tea and coffee maker' is a water heater with instant coffee. Not expected, as we paid around 160 EUR for one night. At least a coffee machine should be included for this price. No garden view, although stated in room description. Curtains are not blocking daylight, so don't expect to sleep long after sunrise.

Location was good. Quiet area. Easily accessible with tram 'kusttram' stop Mariakerke-Bad. Very clean and completely new room. Comfortable bed, mini fridge available and two water bottles provided by hotel.

We were staying in a room on the courtyard and there were other guests smoking, which we could smell in our rooms…

Lovely property at a great location! Staff was very friendly and helped us find free parking for our stay. We also got a free upgrade due to availability. Clean and comfortable room, and within walking distance from a supermarket and the beach!

The room was oddly situated in a separate building at the back. No one would be tempted to call this room cosy.

Would like a kettle and tea/coffee making facility . Parking was not always easy in mid summer.

Unfortunately, the door to our room faced the sun side. The door‘s „size“ seems to move with this. This won’t change in summer and so it can be hard to close it. The bathroom solution isn’t perfect. A glad for that doesn’t really close because it’s a kind of swinging door. Even in the best partnership it could be hard… There is a glas roof top, which was open, that’s nice. Also, I can imagine that it could be really warm in summer, Maybe an air conditioning for the night would be nice. Although the room faces the back yard I wouldn’t like to let the door open.

It’s a very nice, clean, and well arranged property. It’s very close to the beach. One can go to the downtown area but it’s not necessary. Near to property is also a grocery store. Parking is easy on the parking area at the main road. It costs a bit but actually, it is not expensive for a seaside town. The owner is very polite and supportive. They are easily to reach by phone and quick at the room. If it’s possible they will help with additional wishes.

The location is not bad but it is not special. The building is in a normal 'boring' neighbourhood and there is no view from the windows or anything like that.

We decided last minute to stay the night in Oostende and found this option on Booking. Because we were there out of season the price was very good. The room was pleasant and quite roomy with a bed and two armchairs. The bathroom was clean and roomy with nice towels. The water was hot and the water pressure very good. The bed was very comfortable and there was a large TV for those who enjoy that. The check in/out was easy and fast and the concierge was a friendly and helpful. Easy access to public transport and 15 min walk from the beach.
