Nice big room, very spacious and a reasonably well equipped kitchen.

The beds were very uncomfortable.

It was fairly clean and spacious but things like pillows were very poor condition.

Better pillows would have made it comfortable. Reception needs to be better manned. No information on how to dispose rubbish.

Great location. Spacious rooms. Well equipped. Perfect.

We have got a big room with windows to the inner courtyard. It's visible that the place requires renovation but it was clean enough and all amenities worked as expected. We were very happy that we arranged parking in advance, as number of places is limited and it's not easy to find place to park the car on the street. The place is 20 minutes away from city center if you use a public transport.

Check-in time is pretty strict, there is person on reception only in designated time. And I had some issues paying for the stay, which in the end was resolved but took time.

It was a good location

There is no air condition in all the rooms so it’s very stuffy and hot, the water in the showers are very low pressure, when the window open it’s dangerous for children there’s no protection. I forgot to do booking for the Parking in advance and they did not let me do it after check.

Apartment was very roomy and bathroom as well. Kitchen equipped enough for short staying.

No air conditioning. A bit noisy because of quite thin door, rumors came from corridor.

All things are bad except the location. The hygiene is so bad ,also all facilities are lack to maintenance.Moreover, the lobby is so tidy to rest in. Furthermore, there is no existence to safety at least at firing issues. Eventually, the hotel is lack to hospitality. For conclusion,I am used to drop this hotel,so I have several memories in it ; that's way I would I like to share my last experience just to try maintaining all good things as it. I am looking forward to absorbing all points,and try to compensate me this bad experience ,just with make me a refund. I show that it will be a small competition. Didn’t have much options to book but it’s close to the central station

I’m really chock with the behavior of the French speaker cleaner. She was cleaning the room beside and and I put the bin outside like any hotel totally normal. Then soon she was beating my door hard She called my attention saying that I couldn't put the trash out there. I had to get the bin back to my room otherwise she could attack me. I spoked with the reception they don’t do nothing. I had stay more then a weeks so I need a cleaning but she actually don’t clean the table the coffee table the sink and kitchen the bed side tables she don’t clean bellow the beds she don’t clean the stand of TV she don’t clean the bathroom properly she only clean the floor and mirror. Complain to then they don’t do nothing not even 1 Euro discount. I was completely stressed with this disrespectful situation and I think this make even sick.

The room is spacious. Comes with a kitchen.

The facilities were quite old. Wifi was a bit slow.

Had parking and good location.

The shower kept flooding when showering. We asked for towels to clean away the water but the cleaner wouldn’t. So we used a towel to clean it up slowly. The kitchen extractor fan didn’t work. Didn’t know that pets were allowed in the building.
