Nothing significantly wrong. The mini-bar fridge in our room was very warm on the outside, and not especially efficient at cooling contents. The Bar Caprice is great, but the staff (one person) was stretched when it was busy.

Second time statying here as a family of four. Excellent, spacious room with terrace and good facilities. Highly attentive staff with excellent language skills. Breakfast buffet selection very broad and very good quality, especially bread and fruit.

this hotel is very well located close to the large shopping main street and not far from the beach ( a few hundred meters). Despite the fact the hotel is large and overbooked the breakfacst was perfectly organised with a large staff cleaning the tables as soon as they have been making free . There was a very large choise of everything and it is one of the best breakfast we got in a 4 stars hotel we staid for a while .

A minor issue - whilst the breakfast was very good and very varied, the hotel was busy and the self-service breakfast area quite crowded, with some queuing for a self-serve coffee. However, considering the selection and quality, a minor issue.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, with a charming balcony overlooking the street but with a seaview to the left and a view of the trams and activity to the right. All the beds were comfortable with plentiful storage. The staff were excellent, particularly as we arrived late and they were ready to assist a speedy check-in.

At the reception we didn’t get a lot of info, no idea what floor our room was on, no clue when breakfast started/ended,… Bathroom had some left overs of a previous occupant

The rooms are quite tasteless and our balcony could not be used as all we could hear were the loud air conditioners. For 200 euros a night, one would expect more effort to be put into the room.

Parking was not in the hotel. The official breakfast start was 8am, which is very late for me. Sometimes the noise from outside made the night in the room less pleasant. The remote control of the TV didn't work.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was rich and abundant with great choice of healthy products like fruits, yoghurts,.... The room we had was large and clean with separate bathroom and toilet which adds to comfort. The bar of the hotel is great in choices and comfortable environment. Location for beach walks is good.

This is our second time here. Love the beach. Great dog friendly place with the best breakfast imaginable. Friendly staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. Cannot recommend highly enough, in particular, for dog owners.

we had a room for "disabled" persons, the bathroom facilities were to low for us. When we booked it was foreseen to have a room with a balcony and terrace..... instead we have a room in the "inside".... the outlook was not nice at all !
