Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaThe coffee station on my floor was a nice touch, but the machines needed attention both mornings. My first coffee out of the station was excellent. When I went back for a second coffee, both machines were malfunctioning - likely just in need of cleaning and resetting. The attention to cleaning and maintaining the lobby and the coffee stations could have been better. The staff were friendly, and the room was tiny but clean and comfortable.

United KingdomPerfectly located just steps from the shops and restaurants, this hotel is ideal if you want to be right in the heart of the action. It can get noisy at night, but the complimentary ear plugs in the room show they’ve thoughtfully anticipated that. The in-room treats were a real highlight—chocolates, biscuits, crisps, bottled water, and even a small bottle of wine added a lovely, personal touch to the stay.

IrelandIndication for parking on the listing is misleading. There is no free parking! Just at the very bottom of the details they state that you have to park in a public facility that’s sets you back at least 25€ a day. Staff was extremely unfriendly in response to that, no empathy no sorry, nothing. Only thing the very unfriendly lady did and was capable of was blaming booking.com for the listing and the wrong indication of the parking.
Great central location with the grand place just around the corner. Bars, restaurants just a stone throw away. Clean room, comfy bed, great style.

TurkeyThe floor in the room was not so clean and there was no slippers in the room. The corridors were too narrow to carry our baggages. The street was noisy for all night but this is not the hotel's fault for sure.
Location of the hotel is very good and our room was very big and comfortable. Our room was not ready on check in time and we had to wait like 40 min. But they offered us a free breakfast which worths for 100 euros for 4 of us. We really appreciate their efforts to compansate the inconveniences. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and kind. I think I may stay here again on my next Brussels trip.
