That the car was not left behind a locked gate which made me carry all the things in my car to the room.

I liked how close it was to Werchter.I loved the comfortable bed, blackout curtains and Rituals hand soap. The receptionist insisted I empty the mini bar as she wanted us to try the beer which they brew at the brewery!The breakfast was expensive but totally worth it- the best breakfast presented with such warmth.

Room was modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff very friendly and spoke really good English. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. There was also a locked garage where we could store our bikes overnight.

We were warned, just before our stay, that they had a party on, so it may be noisy. We didn't hear the music so that didn't bother us. What did, and not knowing the set up of the place before arrival, is that the party was outside the reception area which our room opened out to. So we felt we had to stay in our room or feel that we were intruding on a private party. There was nowhere else we could go. Other guests staying, who must have been part of the party were clomping up and down the stairs, which went up by our room, until late and talking very very loudly. Not something that the host can sort but perhaps some carpet on the stairs may help. Nothing much around the immediate area, it was just a stop for us, chosen as it was supposed to be a brewery and thought it would be interesting but no chance to look around so a bit disappointing.

On Mondays nothing was open so we had nowhere to eat, it would've been helpful to know this on booking as it was part of the reason for choosing it. Reception pointed us to the supermarket but there's no cutlery or corkscrew in the rooms. We did find one café open at the shopping centre which did an amazing steak frites

Beautiful property, helpful staff, very clean, comfortable, great breakfast, TV had English channels, easy parking and great location. We were given a couple of beers from their brewery in our room. Overall excellent value

Very well converted former agricultural building. Good wifi. Good Sonos system. GREAT coffee machine. And it is part of a micro brewery / distillery. What’s not to like?!

In the high summer temperatures the top loft room was very hot and needed it’s own fan.

Perfect location for Werchter. Very clean and modern. Extremely comfortable and spacious. Fantastic breakfast. Staff were so helpful. Would highly recommend.

As much as I would not want to say something negative there was one mistake made which should not happen. As we called the hotel they said that the breakfast was included in the room price but while we were already eating in the morning they said that they made a mistake and the breakfast was not included in the price which meant that we had to pay because we already startet eating. But to make up for it they said we only had to pay half of the price.

Very very kind personal. The room was very clean, so were the bathroom and beds. Everything was prepared perfectly and there was nothing missing. Also there was enough room to space your stuff like clothes etc. (closets).

No elevator, so it could be bit annoying to carry big bags on the stairs.

Location was nice, not far from the center. Breakfast was amazing and staff was really nice.

Room was too noisy as it face the busy road running on the front. if i had no hearplugs i could not sleep during the night.

Tidy and clean, new fornitures, good beer and enough refreshment leaft in the fridge as a welcome sign.

I requested a baby cot via comments to the accommodation. Unfortunately, when we arrived I was informed that they have no baby beds and apparently they didn’t even read my comments. We ended up having a dreadful night because our child was not ready to sleep in a “big” bed. Take ears-toppers if you are a light sleeper. sleeping from the street side may be noisy.
