    Clean, and bed was comfortable.

    First I was called immediately after booking that I couldn’t check-in until 21:00 - i.e. 3 hours later. As I had been driving for 10 hours that was not an option, and I could’t cancel via booking either. It was rather difficult to understand the person calling, but eventually they managed to organise it so I could pick up the room key upon arrival. Unfortunately things did not really get better. Heating in the bathroom didn’t work, only 1 powersocket for the reading light + kettle + phone charger. No breakfast available the next morning either - in fact there was no one there .

    The hotel deliberately ignories my request for invoices/receipts for the payments done and even stopped picking up the phone. They are obliged to provide me an invoice/receipt. Booking.com hasn't anything to do with this and they should know this if they work with booking.com. If they don't want to receive bookings via booking.com they should quit working with them, honestly. I wouldn't care as a private person, but as a company this is really bad and hard to explain to authorities why I can't provide anything but a booking-confirmation. I will never book again here, no matter how desparate I am trying to find rooms for our workers who are often in that area. Absolutely terrible behavoir!

    Location

    Stayed there 4 days, no housecleaning, small dark bleu bath towels. No extra toilet paper. The walls are extremely thin so you hear all conversations of the next door. No staff at the location. Room key you collect by a password through your email.

    clean.

    No check-in staff. Had to telephone various numbers and wait 30 mins before someone attended to us. They did not even apologise until asked. When I returned from our night out at 1:45am, the key was not working so I was locked out of my room. I then had to telephone various numbers again as the hotel was totally unstaffed. Someone thankfully answered and came to let me into my room. The room was clean but the hotel was very basic, and extremely poorly managed. It was definitely a rip-off and should not be charging £125 per night.
