There is only one restaurant and one limited menu available. For longer stays it would be nice to have other options, despite the food being good.

Very professional staff, especially at the swimming pool and restaurant. They made the customer feel special and valued. The hotel is very clean, located in a beautiful spot. Breakfast was also nice.

Buildings are in a brutalist style dating from the sixties? So much space outside which seems to have no purpose.

Outstanding and peaceful surroundings, lots of space, welcoming space with beautiful sculptures. Proximity to Waterloo (great for shopping). Spa facilities.

The hotel looks tired every where.By far is not a 4 stars hotel anymore even the prices are quite high. Breakfast is the only option which reflects the 4 stars quality. I didn’t try the pool and spa area to express an opinion related to this facilities.

The location is special,in the middle of a forest. The view from the room is extremely calming and relaxing.You see the trees almost entering through your window. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is somehow out of ordinary,no door and a little window with the shower view from the room… Breakfast is outstanding. The view from the windows of the restaurant is beautiful,green trees all around.

The gym needs better cleaning and some new equipment. It is a long walk to the parking area.

For somebody from Central Europe, the label "Spa" means thermal water, a dozen different saunas and several pool facilities. The hotel Dolce offers a small sauna and a small hamam with a small indoor pool. That´s all. Due to the remarkable size of the hotel (used for congresses and seminars) access to the "spa" is limited by one hour and has to be pre-booked. Strange for somebody who is used to real "spas" or real wellness hotels,. Beyond this difference in expectations and offered facilities, it has to be noted that the food in the restauant Angus is rather modest and one would expect more sophisticated meals. Nevertheless, the hotel is nice and due to the location recommendable for getting out of the boiling city into lush green by a 20min taxi drive.

The pool is not accessible to childer after 18:00, which is a shame because we stayed one night only and in the first day we arrived at the hotel at 17:00, so not really possible to use to pool. There was a marriage party at the hotel. They did not offered a separate bar for the party, so everyone was using the bar in the lobby which was understaffed and it tool 15 minutes to get a beer.

The room was quite, spacious, with a great view on the trees. It was very clean and we had a good night sleep. The hotel has a very nice restaurant. We tried the barbeque which was delicios. The breakfast is exceptional (one of the best I every tried in terms of variety of products and quality). Large parking lot.

It would be great to have dinner and breakfast in the wonderful terraces that the restaurant and bistro have but this was not possible despite the excellent weather.

A minor point of frustration was discovering our room wasn't cleaned on one particular day, even though we didn't put out a "do not disturb" sign. My only significant reservation was the rather long delay (over a week) in releasing the held funds from check-in, even after our bill was fully settled upon departure.

If you're looking for a truly immersive nature escape, this resort delivers with its perfect location alongside La Hulpe forest. Direct access means you're literally steps away from fantastic hiking trails. Inside, the bar offers a pleasant atmosphere, and the restaurant, while having a somewhat limited menu, makes up for it with incredibly sweet and attentive staff. Our Deluxe room provided comfort and a wonderful forest view, though we did notice it was a bit dated, missing a mini-fridge, and had a damaged bathroom slider.

Our room’s shower drain did not work properly, it took some time to drain the water.

We spent two nights and three days at the hotel. Great experience, very clean spaces and well equipped bedroom. Check in fast with a lot of info, perfect check out at 12 with the opportunity to use the wellness, gym in the morning. We also rented bicycles and have a nice ride in the surroundings. Restaurant on site and parking equipped with several electric chargers.

our double bed was actually two twin beds with a thin double mattrace on top - we could feel the joint. shower temperature was fluctuating - impossible to set a steady temp - it was going from lukewarm to scalding hot every 10 secs. the restaurant is nice, but food could use some love for the price.

However, I was disappointed to find that free access to the pool and sauna areas was limited to only one hour. This was the first time I’ve encountered such a practice. I believe allowing guests a bit more time in these facilities would greatly improve the overall experience

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The paid servises of SPA and wellness services were of a very high standard. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and be pampered!
