The hotel is prepared for the elderly and people with disabilities, in every room and throughout the hotel. I think due to its past, you can feel a characteristic smell .

It's an odd-shaped hotel, but very cozy. We had one dinner and breakfast at the Hotel, nothing fancy, but all was good.

Recommend having a car if you don't, bit isolated. Should be a bit more flexible with dogs off lead or have a fenced dog area

It is better if room have more good quality refrigerator to keep drinks cold. Also if there is microwave machine even common use is fine.

The beds are two single beds. When sleeping two, it’s easy to end in between the two beds…

Quiet, clean. I’m super sensitive to mold and am not comfortable staying in the very old town of Brugge, so this is the perfect stay for me when I’m in Brugge. Just 5 minutes from the bus who is 15 minutes from the city center. Good big room, nice breakfast, nice sauna.

Nowhere for dog to have a run around off lead, breakfast nice but quite limited, gym limited equipment. Would have been great to have a pool.

Room service could pay more attention to cleaning the floor. Had a little incident one of the 3 days of staying-the room was not cleaned the towels not changed (room service forgotten but marked as done), in the evening i had to clean up with a broom. But thanks fo Jean in the reception he was so nice and for the inconvenience they eliminated my bill for laundry as a nice gesture for a misunderstanding with room service. :)

The breakfast is good, quality butter croissants surprised me. Sauna area is nice and not crowded, with a nice tree view out the window.

The location is perfect, it’s quiet area and there is a lake nearby, very nice walking path around hotel, playground for kids, it’s really great place for a family visit, room is big, spacious, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and varies each day, helpful and friendly people! Also it’s super close to Bruges. Highly recommend this hotel!

The place allows you bring your pet, which is completely fine. But at the restaurant during breakfast, for hygienic reasons, it would be better if it were pet-free, and also it’s not nice walking around the restaurant afraid if any dog will jump on your because of the food. There were small and big dogs there.

It’s a beautiful and peaceful place for short or long holidays. The room is huge, we could accommodate a crib for our 4m old baby, and still has a lot of space to walk around and even for the baby to play on the floor. Bathroom also has a great size. Property is clean and tidy. Staffs are all friendly. Breakfast has a several option and everything was delicious, and the restaurant has a peaceful view to the lake. We’ll definitely come back more times, it’s close to Ghent and Brugge, to the beach and others cities, great location! The property has a beautiful lake and playground for kids. We don’t have a pet, but it’s also pet friendly and has nice facilities for it with a great outside area to play/walk with your pet. Ps: it’s a perfect place for everyone, and the rooms are soundproof, so you don’t have to worry about someone getting annoyed if you kid/baby is crying or if you dog is barking :)
